Isaac only shows up for a short time in the movie on a recording, he is one of the main people who have known Zachary longer than anyone.

John also shows up for a short period of time in the movie, he is the one talking to Isaac in the recording.

Jack Wilson is a police officer in the movie who shows up every now and then.
What happened?
John Smith is the brother of Isaac Smith, John is interested in helping get Zachary as much as Isaac was.
I'm John Smith, Isaac Smith's brother.
Alexander Willington is another police officer that checks on everybody.
Is everyone okay?!
Is he still out there?
Abby Russell is a person that doesn't believe Zachary being on the loose.
Are they still talking about him?
Scott Flores is one of Zaiden's old friends from school, after recently moved to Middlesbrough he tends to hang out with Zaiden a lot.
How are you handling this?
Aurora Wirething is another friend of Zaiden but not from school.
