Project details:
Millard's Home will be an animatic styled indie animation. This project has been on here before but after tons of work and lots of patience this project is fully ready to go with the pilot episode script being done and almost all the character reference sheets being done as well! The reason I'm redoing this project on here is because my account on discord got lost so I had to make a new one! Therefore if you've auditioned before please audition again!
What is the plot?:
Millard's home was a series created back in 2021 when I was still in school. The plot follow a young man named Lester who finds himself in a mansion with very unusual people. He doesn't know how he got there but aims to figure it out by talking to the mansion's residents and getting glimpses of memories in flashbacks.
Millard, the mansion owner has his own secrets he's keeping from Lester and the other residents. Little does everyone know that Zero, a demon, is lurking in the mansion ready to strike when his powers are back.
The question is; why did Lester get brought into this mansion if he's just an 'ordinary' guy? What secret is Millard hiding? Who really was Zero? All this will be answered as episodes come!
Inspiration:
This series was inspired by Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
Back when it was 2020 I loved the weird core aesthetic so I wanted to make my own series in that aesthetic. When I tried to put everything together it didn't fit quite right so I kept redoing it until I eventually got to Millard's Home for the unusual. I eventually shortened it and redid a lot. This is when I got Millard's Home. Characters have came and gone but in the end I love my series and I hope to be able to bring it to life one day.

Lester is the main character of Millard's Home. He is your typical angsty teen who hates their life but he's 18 and still not over his edginess. Lester is seen to be very anxious and timid at the start of the series but he grows into his moody personality more throughout the series.
Lestser's voice is a medium pitch and just overall moody as hell. He shows *some* emotion in his tone but not all the time.
Lester likes to be alone most of the time and likes alternative rock music. He has a strong dislike for his parents because of his past but still loves them nonetheless. He tries his hardest to be emo but isn't very good at the whole fashion thing. He is clumsy and graduated highschool on all C's so he isn't the smartest either but he tries. He isn't the best with emotions or empathy but he will actively try to comfort if needed.
(Moody) "Oh yeah that's reallll mature"
(Confused) "I have no clue what you just said but it sounds stupid."
(Scoffing) "You think this isn't emo? Think again twat."
Millard is the owner and caretaker of the mansion. He took in everyone when they needed it the most but he doesn't show empathy very often because he doesn't want to get too attached. He is a father figure to the people that live in the mansion. Most people see him as grumpy or strict but he has a soft side to him...sometimes.
Millard is an angel that helps people with unusualities. He takes his job very seriously ever since his husband turned into a demon. He genuinely wants to help people but has grown cold due to his past.
Millard has a deep calm voice. His voice is supposed to soothe and act fatherly but also intimidate if needed. He acts like nothing bothers him but that's not entirely true. He hides his true emotions behind walls so he doesn't lose anyone else.
(Annoyed) "What did I say about loud noises at the dinner table?"
(Tired) "You woke me up..for *this*...?"
(Authoritive) "Thomas, make sure he feels welcomed to the best of your ability."
Zero is the antagonist of Millard's Home. He is ab anthropomorphic cat like demon. His backstory is unknown to everyone but he just knows that he hates Millard. He actively tries to get inside the mansions pocket dimension but has succeeded until now.
Zero has a deep voice that is very raspy and creepy. Zero is sadistic as hell and loves to toy with the emotions of Millard by threatening to take over the mansion. He isn't seen very much but can be heard as a voice in Lester's head due to him having possessed Lester.
Spoilers: Zero is Millard's ex husband whom got overtaken with demons one day. Zero was once an angel if great beauty along with Millard but got corrupted. All his good memories of Millard are replaced by bad ones so he thinks of Millard as his enemy. Millard knows that Zero is his husband but Zero doesn't remember properly.
(Fake friendliness) "Hurt you? I would never!"
(Sadistically) "I cannot wait for his down fall."
(Irritated) "Honestly how dumb are you!?"
Rally is a rock zombie who loves rock n roll. He is very energetic and friendly kind of like a Golden retriever. Rally is a very good friend that will listen and try to cheer you up with whatever he can. He is open to any music as well as any opinions. He doesn't get mad easily and is relatively down to earth. His dream is to form a band but since he's the only one in the mansion that likes rock n roll he's pretty much alone on that idea.
Rally sounds like a stereotypical rock n roll enjoyer with a medium pitched voice. He uses slang a lot and loves to through band references in conversations even if no one else gets it. He's the type of person to laugh at his own joke.
Rally has a guitar in his bedroom that he'll accidentally annoy people with when playing. He's a good self taught player but he can be loud at times on accident.
(Happy) "Hey there little dude! What's been goin' on?"
(Friendly) "Totally happy to part of this, bro."
(Loudly) "Who's ready to rock and roll!?"
Ace is a demon who likes books. He is very quiet and keeps to himself a lot because he doesn't care to get to know anyone. He's been in the mansion the longest so he is very much acquainted with what the mansion has to offer. He is rather stuck up, grumpy, and cold with other members of the mansion.
Ace has a medium pitched voice that is both cold and calculated. He doesn't mess around with people and will actively ignore anyone who he thinks isn't worth his time. He spends his days in the library reading romance novels. He's read almost every book in the library as a coping mechanism.
(Not paying attention) "Uh huh...whatever.."
(Sarcastically) "Yes of course I'm *totally* interested in this conversation."
(Annoyed) "Don't interrupt me while I'm reading."
Time Keeper is a clock man with a high vocabulary. He is rather friendly but can act stuck up sometimes. Time Keeper's real name is Thomas but he wants people to call him Time Keeper because that's what he's comfortable with. Everyone besides Millard uses his other name because Time Keeper allows Millard to call him Thomas.
Time Keeper loves to make jokes or just inform people on things they might have not known before. If he thinks he's wrong about something then he will most likely have a breakdown because he thinks he needs to know everything.
Time Keeper has a high/medium pitched voice with a British accent. He is very intelligent and laughs at his own jokes a lot because no one else understands his humor. He has a bad temper with Razzle because Razzle picks on him a lot. Despite Time Keeper acting as if he knows everything, he's rather anxious at times and will grow timid if he feels threaten
ed.
Surprised then anxious) "What!? What do you mean the time is wrong? I'm a clock it can't be!"
(Awkward laugh at the end) "Very groovy am I right?...aha.."
Annoyed) "Razzle you need to calm down."
Razzle is a demon that used to be circus clown along with his twin brother Dazzle. Razzle is the more mean and rude one. He is very snarky, stuck up, egotistical, and Mischievous. He uses his meanness to help cope with the fact he doesn't like himself. He loves to bother and bully other people in the mansion for fun but hates when someone tries to bully him back.
Razzle has a high pitched voice that taunts and degrades. Razzle knows that he pisses people off and uses that to his advantage. He is very confident in himself. He doesn't like his brother very much and will actively steal from his brother to piss him off

(Cocky) "Oh please...you know you love me."
(Teasing) "Shut up, Dazzle! It looked better on me anyways!"
(Sassy) "Aww did I make you mad? Suck it up!"
Dazzle is a demon that used to be a circus clown along with his brother Razzle. Dazzle is still sadistic like Razzle but uses his intelligence and coldness to piss people off. Along with his brother he bullies and belittles people in the mansion for fun. Dazzle knows very well he pisses people off but couldn't care less.
Dazzle's voice is medium pitch and he sounds more mature and calculated than his brother Razzle. Dazzle is a bit more bearable than Razzle but together they're a menace. Dazzle is just more precise and calculated.
(Annoyed) "Damnit Razzle! Give me my necklace back!"
(Sighing) "You're a pain in the ass, you know that?"
(Taunting) "What are you gonna do about it? Cry?"
December is a bird folk woman. She looks like an Angel but is bird folk. She resembles a dove. December is the only girl in the mansion and is dating Sylvester. She is very sweet and friendly while also trying to be stern at times. She can't take things seriously at times but will straighten herself out if needed. She is seen as motherly to people but also a little immature. December loves to talk about things she finds interesting and will go on rants about things for hours.
December has a high pitched voice that is very bubbly and sweet. She is very easily excited because she finds joy in little things. She loves to love people but will breakdown if someone gets annoyed with her. She is a people pleaser and will actively do everything she can to make someone happy with her.
(Happily) "I loveee cats so much! I can tell you all about them if you want!"
(Excited) "Ohhh I would be so happy to accompany you on your walk!"
(Anxious) "Did I..do something wrong?"
Sylvester is a snake man but not a naga. He has legs but also has a snake tail behind him that has a rattle on it. He is very charming, flirty, and friendly with people. He loves to put on his southern charm to get people to do his chores for him but ultimately it doesn't work because people know what he's trying to do. Sylvester is dating December which means he loves her very much. Sylvester is rather devious at times and teases people about things but won't take it too far. He strives to be like a stereotypical cowboy but doesn't have enough maturity for it at times.
Sylvester has a deep southern accent that aims to swoon people. Of course he knows his limits but will usually tease people until they get aggravated, that's when he usually stops. He has a good heart it's just he likes to play around with people as well.
(Snarky) "What's the matter, hun? Cat got yer tongue?"
(Concerned) "Ya good there, city boy?"
(Laid back) "I wouldn't worry 'bout it too much. This ain't exactly the place to worry 'bout things."
Ashley is a male siren with a sassy attitude. He loves fashion and has a soft spot for people who like it as well. He's good friends with December since the both have a lot in common. Ashley is kind of like a wine aunt who doesn't take bullshit but is also very sweet when he wants to be. He is feminine as hell and likes to dress up in nice outfits to show off himself.
Ashley has a deep Latino voice. He speaks a little Spanish and has that Spanish accent that people find comfort in. He may be a bitch sometimes but he genuinely does care for the people in the mansion. He's sassy but also kind to people who he thinks earns his respect.
(Disgusted) "That color does NOT match.."
(Comforting) "If you ever need to talk.. I'm here."
(Sassy) "Well personally I wouldn't be seen in that. However, you can wear what you want."
