Mikage and Jade Webcomic
Project Overview
Mikage and Jade is a slice-of-life, slow burn webcomic that takes place in Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Soluna Island - where Mikage moves to get away from her soul-sucking, mundane life in New York. She meets Jade and a variety of characters and she may just find more than freedom and a fun life on this island, but love as well.
This project is looking for talented, female and male voice actresses to provide voice lines of the two main leads, Mikage and Jade, and NPCs for a web-based graphic novel to be converted to YouTube.

This is the lead role of the character Mikage in Mikage and Jade. She is Japanese but was born and raised in America and does not have an asian-accent. She is a shy bookwork and highly intelligent. Please read her about page to better gauge the type of personality she has

This is the secondary role of the character Jade in Mikage and Jade. She is Black African with a slight South African accent. She is fun and energetic. Please read her about page to better gauge the type of personality she has and how she may talk.

(Surprised, a bit hurt) “Wait… did she just run away? I was just saying hi.”

This is the role of the character Leif in Mikage and Jade. They is Caucasian and born and raised in America. They are an awkward, often aloof, calm and highly intelligent scientist. Please read their about page to better gauge the type of personality their has. Also, Leif is genderfluid and goes by they/them pronouns, but should have a somewhat feminine voice.

Haruko is the mother of Mikage. She is Japanese-American, so this role can be auditioned with a slight Asian accent OR a regular American accent. She is strict, stern, and emotionally manipulative. Looking for a voice that is cold, mature, and dismissive.
