Melody in the Starry Night

Syrami is the Celestial Warrior Pony from the lost world who lost her friends during the war against nightmares, then later she come to Equestria to make new friends and help her to save Equestria from the evil monsters.

She is the leader of Starry 6 to help to bring the magical dreams come to life from the evil dreams and nightmares that is spread all over Equestria and the human world, and her Starry of Harmony represents is Starlight.

Starfall is the joyful and prankster Lipizzan Pony, a pony has four small wings on their hooves. She is the girl who has her wing magic. By the way, she has fear that she will be caught if she pranks anyone.

Starfall's Starry of Harmony is Jolly.

Kirahoshi is the shy and nervous Lunar Dream pony who was came from another planet known as Hoshizora Yume, where the starry sky shine bright and the sky will never ending night in this planet, then she moved to Equestria to meet new friends after growing up.

She is the Starry of Harmony is Hope.

Lyra is the unicorn Dragali who was came from Crystal Empire and she has discovered Sombra's takeover 1000 years ago before she visited Ponyville. She has her partner Toothpick that he is attached to her tail just like the other Dragalis.

She is the Starry of Harmony is Charming.

Star Dream is the Carefree and cheerful Mimoza who was from Oneiria, also known as Dream World. She has starry eyes and she will change to Dream form when she entered Oneiria, and has an ability to heal any pony who was hurt.

She is the Starry of Harmony represents Courage.

Crystal Bloom is a Generous and kind Gem pony who was from Glacialis Finis, located on the frozen peak. She loves to gem hunting and likes to finding crystals with her cute magic. 

Her Starry of Harmony represents is Passion.

Yumeoto is the Fairy Fluff who was from Dream Sky, where the Fairy Fluffs and fairies come from. Prior to the series start, her kingdom was been attacked by the evil monsters and she sent to Equestria for help. In the first episode, she meets Syrami for the first time, helped to fight against Aikirai, then becomes friends later on.

Harmony is the protector of Tree of Harmony. She was live in the past before the present.

Underground Emperor Zeba is the main antagonist in this series. He is the Emperor of Hell, and army of chaos. Many years ago before the series, Zeba was been defeated by the Starry Sky of Light by using the Elements of Starry Sky. However, he put his pitful revenge to the all and he will conquer Equestria once for all.

Lord Draven is the second-in-command for Emperor Zeba, and father of Black Laurel. Once he used to bring darkness to Equestria into darkness since he is Pegasus pony and tricked The Sharkies for the long time.

One day, he met Penumbra to help the way to revive Emperor Zeba, together the two will conquer Equestria again.

Penumbra is one of Zeba's commanders. She leads the group of companions that serve her wishes, currently Penumbra is working for Emperor Zeba. She is inside Alice's mind that she can controls her.

Commander Black Shadow is one of Zeba's commanders. He's the one that who killed Hikari's mother by an accident, kidnapping and turning Mane 6 evil.

Ohagan is one of Zeba's commanders. When he was young, Ohagan was jealous to unicorns because they can use magic. One day, he found the wand of dark magic and at the same time the spirit of darkness came into his head, becoming evil. Penumbra found Ohagan can use dark magic, inviting him to the underground.

Witch Willa Wispral is one of Zeba's commanders. She's a Witch unicorn of dark arts and Trixie's ex-friend, when she was a Filly, while studying magic, it was revealed that she can make appear magically Will-O-Wisp in the middle of the night being her best talent, First it was contributed as a conventional source of nocturnal ilumination, but what she saw as a beautiful luminous dream, it turned into a cursed and incendiary nightmare, as that fire that she controlled, only to be over famed selfishly, it finished to manifistate dark magic, that irremediably corrupt her and her master piece alike, since then, and the years passed, she began to being evil and wishful to be the most powerful unicorn in Equestria. 

Real name is Crystal Clear. Corrupted Crystal is one of Zeba's commanders. Once he was young and happy unicorn child that tried his best to impress his parents with his new and shiny crystals and childhood friend of Lyra. Until then one day, he was backfired. Then he was corrupted by the evil Crystal Mage, one of previous King Sombra's commanders before she was been killed by Twilight Sparkle and her friends before the present.

Twinkly is the StarNeco Pony who was from Stardust, a planet where the StarNecos home. She is fun, adventrous, and sometimes anxious around her when she was unable to fight against monsters.

In human world, she is pocket sized, can be petted by humans, but in Equestria, she is normal pony. But when she sneezes, some glitters will affects darkness while Twinkly getting sent flying. According to Nijifuyu, Twinkly has some of the "nya" perfix at the end of her phrases.

Discord Sparkle is the half-pony and half-draconequus who likes to play pranks and she is much like the mischief makers, much like Twinkly.

Yukki is the Hippogriff that he was work at the Ocean Heroes, a type of group that they will stop the water pollutions and save the ocean residents before The Storm King attacks. He is the brave and adventrous that he can take down the monsters by one hit.

Nebula Umbra is the nerd earth pony who has studied some magics and potions for these months. However, she meets Twinkly for helping the way to fight monsters, and loves to collect books.

Black Laurel is a pegasus pony who loves gothic culture and daughter of Lord Draven. She is childhood friend of Twinkly and Discord Sparkle.

Lotus Jewel is a unicorn pony and "ex-friend" of Nebula Umbra. Lotus is an anti-hero that she befriended by the Starry 6. Once she meets Spring Cheese and both two has been get into each other for a long time, until Spring Cheese was been poisoned by an evil villain. She keeps the gems to prevent those evil villains poisoning the gems by safekeeping.

Starsong is the singer of Ponyville, and friends of Twinkly and Yukki. She was the one who loves to sing, but until she gotten into tramuna against Underground Empire where Zeba did it to. Starsong gives Syrami's mission to stop Zeba and save Equestria once again.

Hikari is the pegasus pony who lives in Canterlot. She is the childhood friend of Nebula Umbra for a long time, she loves Ice cream and chocolate.

Discord is a draconequus who is the spirit of chaos and disharmony who once ruled over Equestria in a state of unrest and unhappiness until he was imprisoned in stone for 1000 years. However, he was given a change of heart by his first friend, Fluttershy. The idea of reforming Discord was made by Princess Celestia so that his magic can be used for good. And ever since he started to have a new lifetime, he learned so much about how important the magic of friendship can be. 

However, Discord can be make pranks to Twinkly, much to her annoyance.

Craig is one of the Sharkies. Since his name means "rock," Craig likes to collect all kinds of rocks in Equestria, with the help of his brothers. He's the second oldest out of the four, the oldest being Rad Riff. Craig hates being told what to do, and feeling that he has low self-esteem. There are times when he messes up, just like the time when he touched a magic stone that turned him and his brothers into sharkies. Also, he would be violent as a shark pony, even though he didn't mean to. He loves spending time with his brothers no matter what. 

Salad Swift is one of the Sharkies. The food-loving third-oldest of the brothers, Salad Swift also loves making food. He's actually pretty shy, but he'll eventually come out of his shell once he's comfortable. He feels close to Craig since he trusts him as a brother, despite that there are times that they get into arguments. Swift can actually mess up when it comes to his cooking skills, so his brothers might not like his food, but they love him anyway.

Rad Riff is one of the Sharkies. The eldest of the brothers, and has an obsession for rock music (He was the reason how Destiny and Irene got into rock music). He can be egotistical, since he's the oldest, but he does show some care and love for his brothers. Riff also loves playing games with his brothers, and he can unintentionally scare other ponies, including Irene. Irene seems more scared of him than Craig, because of one story Destiny told Irene about a time when the brothers were playing hide-and-seek. 

Sleepy Sport is one of the Sharkies. This pastel-loving pony is the youngest out of all brothers. He is actually more shy than Salad Swift. Apparently, sleeping is his favorite sport because it helps him avoid the harsh reality of Equestria. Irene actually has sympathy for him because he's more friendly than what Irene has thought of him. He tends to be loving and kind to other ponies, including his brothers. There are times when he actually feels down because of how things don't go the way he expects.

Hatsune Miku is the virtual idol of Equestria. She is the part of Virtual Singers.
