Maxcell Webseries: Episode 1

Project Overview

QUICK SYPNOSIS

Maxcell Jones is an animated webseries exploring the trials and tribulations of a 23 year old incel. After the incel reddit has been banned, Maxcell must do the unthinkable...GO OUTSIDE. To get the chicken tenders that he desperately need, he must go and interact with people. As he go on his quest, he will encounter some remarkable events that will change his life. 

PLANNED SERIES

The webseries will be composed of multiple episodes that are several minutes long.  Each episode will take probably 2 weeks to complete and probably be 6 episodes. Actors are probably going to be given 2 weeks to complete their lines. If the webseries is a success, there is a possibility of additional episodes being made. 

REQUIREMENTS

1. Being on time with delivering the lines. Some lateness can be tolerated but not to an excessive degree.
2. Being able to communicate on Skype.
3. Have a good quality mic. The audio quality should sound good. 
4. Be committed. 
5. Having a Discord account is recommend. 
6. Make sure to adjust the input grain level so the voice is loud enough to hear easily. 

PAYMENT

The voice actor for Maxcell will received $20 for ALL SIX episodes of the first season. The voice actor will received $10 for the first episode and another $10 for the last episode. The voice actor for Dr. Sanchez will received $5 for the first season (first six episodes). The voice actor will received $2.50 for the first episode she in and another $2.50 for the last episode she in.

Character Description
Maxcell Jones is a 23 year old incel. After the incel subreddit got banned, Maxcell go on a quest to get some chicken tenders. Along the way he must braved his way through normies. 

Voice Description
A voice with alot of range, one that can go from quiet and meek, to loud and obnoxious, to borderline demonic.
An average male voice though

  • [Faux Intellectual] In our culture, relationships and sex are the norm. People date, they show affection in public, talk about sex, have sex… just sex, I swear to god it’s all people care about. I want to do these things, but I can’t. I’m Maxcell Jones, I’m 23, and I’m an incel.

  • [Angry] Damn these femoids, denying me my much-deserved right to sex. Wait a minute, what’s going on. I can’t find the subreddit anymore. Did it get banned again? What am I supposed to do now? Go outside? Talk to people? I just got home, I don’t want to be silently ridiculed for everything I do or say, or how I look, that's my job!

  • [Incredibly Upset] What the- There are no more tendies?! Nooooooooooooooooo! I have to go outside now! Noooo! Noooo! Oh Hell Noooo!

Character Description
Dr. Emmetta Brownette is an old lady Maxcell Jones met at the park. Her favorite hobbies are time keeping and theoretical physics. She work as a professor at the local college. She an extremely innocent but there something enigmatic about her. 

Voice Description
Is an elderly woman but yet have a strong, spunky voice. She has a certain warmth in her voice but there a air of mystery surrounding her, Can drastically alter her voice depending on the circumstances. Bit of a eccentric. Think of the Oracle from the Matrix when recording the lines. Don't need to sound like the stereotypical grandmother.
