Love and Deepspace: Fan Voice Initiative

We’re so excited to open casting for our Love and Deepspace voice projects! Before submitting, please take a moment to review our rules and requirements to help ensure a smooth, fun, and high-quality experience for everyone involved.

• We’re only accepting auditions recorded with high-quality microphones.

• XLR microphones are highly encouraged, but not required — as long as your audio is clean, clear, and free of background noise.

• Please make sure your recording space is quiet and your audio isn’t muffled, echoey, or distorted.

• Please leave your discord in your audition as well so we can contact you further if you are chosen for the role!

• Please do not slate your auditions (no names or intros at the start).

• Submit 1–3 takes of each line, in an ABCABC format — we want to hear your range and interpretation!

• Have fun with your delivery and show us your personality!

• We recommend being somewhat familiar with the game and its characters — it’ll help with tone and context.

• However, this is not a requirement — we welcome anyone who’s passionate about storytelling and character work!

• This project is 18+ only.

• Some lines may include suggestive themes, mild cursing, or emotional intensity, so we need to ensure all participants are legally adults.

• You may be asked to confirm your age privately before being cast.

• This is not a one-time project! We’re planning multiple skits over time, featuring various Love and Deepspace characters and scenarios.

• As the series grows, there’s great potential for the content (and your performances!) to reach a larger audience.

• For everyone’s safety, we’ll keep voice actors anonymous by default unless you specifically request to be credited.

• The Love and Deepspace community can be passionate (and sometimes critical), so we want to protect our cast from unwanted attention.

• Don’t let that scare you away — we’re all here to have fun, be creative, and build something amazing together!

Payment:
This is a deferred payment opportunity — meaning payment will come once the project begins generating revenue. While we can’t offer upfront pay right now, we’re dedicated to building something great together and making sure everyone gets compensated when the project succeeds.

If you love bringing characters to life, working collaboratively, and being part of a growing creative team, we’d love to have you! All experience levels are welcome.

In return, participants will receive:

• Credit in the final production, using only your chosen pseudonym or character name in any credits or public posts (unless full anonymity is requested).

• Direction and feedback from us (Margot) — two experienced voice actors who’ve worked on multiple VA projects and can help guide you through the recording process.

• The opportunity to gain experience, connect with other voice actors, and grow your skills in a supportive creative space.
