!!Looking For Singers For A Genderbent Broadway Musical Cover Team!!
Project Overview
Hello, I'm Kat!
I'm currently looking for singers to join part in a cover group for Broadway (and off-Broadway) musicals! This cover group will put out albums (most likely monthly, but can change once this project actually gets started.) of various musicals, but with the roles gender-bent (i.e. if the musical has a main male character, I will be replacing that character with a female singer within the same range.).
There is a Discord server for you to join if you get accepted (almost everybody who auditions will be accepted into the Discord server, unless they don't meet the guidelines listed below.). There will be polls (to decide what cast album to cover first) and sign-ups (for what roles people want), followed by auditions in the server to dedicate roles depending on the project.
(Note: Everybody who auditions for an album is guaranteed a role in the ensemble- if there is one)
When you audition for this project, you can either join the team permanently, temporarily, or for a one-time deal. (Please specify in your audition which.) By joining the team permanently, you'll be with us for as many future projects as you'd like to be a part of, and have a guaranteed role in each and every one. By joining temporarily, you'll be joining the team for a few album recordings, and be less active then a permanent member, but will be guaranteed at least an ensemble role in any album you wish to partake in. For a one-time deal, you can audition and sign-up to play a (most-likely) leading or supporting role in whatever album you choose, and then choose to either say farewell to the team or stay with us in case there's another project that interests you.
!!When you audition under your respective range, please leave the following!!:
-Your age (or just if you're 18+ or not, if you aren't comfortable sharing your age.)
-Your name/nickname (or whatever you'd like to be referred to as.)
-Your Discord (if you don't have a Discord, or aren't willing to get one, please let me know the next best way to communicate with you.)
-(Optional) What type of roles you'd be interested in auditioning for (leading, supporting, minor, ensemble, don't care, all of the above, dependent on the project, etc..)
-(Optional) What musical albums (Broadway, off-Broadway, and off-off Broadway) you'd like to see covered, and what parts you'd like to audition for in each one. (By telling me that, you are more likely to get that role when you audition.)
Guidelines:
-Have a decent mic, with little to no background noise.
-Be kind.

-If you are accepted (which you most likely will be, unless you don't meet the guidelines) I will be sending you a PM on here, confirming that you are a part of the team now, and add you on Discord (if you have given me it/if you have it) where I'll send you an invite to the server (or we'll communicate another way if you do not have/don't want Discord).
(Note: Accents do not matter at all, unless the specific musical we are covering calls for a specific accent.)
