Looking for a Princess Morbucks Voice

Been putting off this Powerpuff Girls Z fandub for quite a while.
But I've decided it's time to get back on it!
My original Princess Morbucks voice was too busy to continue the project so I need to recast her.
Please note that this is a fandub of the Japanese version as the lines differ from the English version.

Himeko Shirogane, Princess Morbucks, is still the same spolit brat as she was in PPG.
However she is not truly evil, and is much nicer in PPGZ, until getting hit by Black Z Rays.
For voice reference, I would prefer for you to go for something closer to Jennifer Hale's voice from the original Powerpuff Girls, however, feel free to do your own interpretation.
