Project Overview
Long 15 - NCR Expansion is a large mod for Fallout: New Vegas that allows the player to explore Interstate 15 (I-15) in California within New California Republic (NCR) territory.
The mod will include over 200 voiced NPCs, and 10-15+ hours of highly replayable content with exciting quests and a living, breathing world that reacts to your actions.

The construction boss at the Long 15 overpass. Is receiving kickbacks from Stanton to slow-walk construction, which is something he already wanted to do due to the devalued NCR dollar ruining the pay of his workers. However, he is also actively underpaying his workers beyond that, arguing that since they're doing nothing, they can stay for longer.

Second-generation Oregonian immigrant. Traditional Oregon immigrant success story with a very poor father who couldn't speak Californian, but got enough money to get his son through college in the Hub. He went into the energy weapons business and faced extortion by the Van Graffs, but Stanton interceded and convinced him to come to Baker to help him build the place up.

I started out with a small stand right out of college, and traded my way up from pea shooters to gatling lasers at one point. I was even in talks with the republic about a potential arms deal.
He's one of my best customers, but it’s hard to say whether it’s worth it to have him around, since he scares off most of the tourists.
A customer at the Zetan Jerky Mart. Believes that aliens nuked the World, that the Enclave runs the NCR deep state, that Caesar's Legion is led by Tandi's ghost, and that the Brotherhood isn't real. Currently is under the belief that the aliens are planning to nuke the Long 15, so he is raising funds to stock a bunker underneath the restaurant.

Ejected from the community center after getting high on Ultrajet inside the facility. Has been clean for four months, but has relapsed before, and the center doesn't want him in without a down payment.

The de facto owner of the Baker Community Center. A pillar of the community. After the Baker standoff began, Morton had no interest in keeping the center open, but Melvin managed to buy it and hire a couple of bodyguards to protect it.
Voice description: Stern, but fair. Well-meaning, but not one to be pushed over. Strong, but not hostile/imposing.

Runs an outdoor "motel" for down-on-their luck and very poor customers, charging extortionate prices for people willing to sleep. Mattresses are poorly maintained due to the outside weather, and have become infested with bedbugs. Sleeping in them actively lowers the player's health.
