As a very healthy and athletic female whom disregards the taste of sugar (junk food in this case), she is incredibly rude, however there are reasons behind that, so don't think she does it for fun. She acts nice around townspeople, however, very intelligent in her words when taunting and being fustraighted with her enemies.
"Oh, shut up, stupid Pigeon."
For her famous remark to refuse she is an actual Piplup.
"I. Am NOT. A Piplup!"
In PMDD, Madilyn's basic answers (Yes, no, OK.) are very bland, but they aren't Monochrome.

As a Jolly and usually Joyful Pikachu, Piks isn't always a tone-shifter, unless he gets nervous, or angry, or sad. There would be a time where this is present, but it is a rare thing.
"Alright, let's do our best!"
His determination will not die if he wants to know something more about something/one.
"When can I find out what an Emera is? I want to try this looplet."
After the introduction of PMDD, he seemed to care a lot more for Madilyn's safety, as well as her Amnesia troubles.
"Oh... I'm sorry to hear that about you, Madilyn..."

I.E "You must voice over this."
Being the evil antagonist in Adam's bio, he comes in as an extra, the only reason is because he isn't featured anywhere else even near Team Electrater since they have defeated the Evil Primal Dialga. His lines should be Evil, yet gentle to prevent.. Something, I'm not sure.
"Stupid human, trying to change the past, hmm? We'll see about that..."

As a partner to Adam before him losing his memories, he requires no introduction to familiar people. His voice should be gentle, with a taste of rude to the side for certain parts.
"Well, I can understand more once he is awake..."
"Hmm... She's probably playing tricks, we'll have to wait for her."

Only being rude to his brother Piks, and being offhandedly nice to other people, his voice would change a lot towards others and Piks, with a much more threatening tone, and unnice things. (Not much on the pitch, keep it the same.) To pronounce that, It's basically like Piks, without his S.
"Hey scardy Pik, if your afraid, you should still be a Pichu!"
"Morning, mum, I've made juice.." Quickly change tone to Piks'. "And your not getting much."

Chatot is a nice guy, usually caring about the Guildmaster, and guild members, however he does not like failure in every case, and very careful.
"What do you mean one of your best explorers are missing??"

Nuzleaf is Madilyn's caretaker in PMDD, much like PSMD, he is a nice guy, usually pretty lax around people who like to explore.
"Huh, you seem to have full understanding of what your doing.."
In any situation, he's calm, like arguments.
"Woah, let's calm this down, I'm sure she had a valid reason."

You know the drill already.
Audino, the school nurse, is like what you would expect, a nurse who takes care of Pokemon who are injured. She is included when she fixes Madilyn's head from the fall.
"Poor child, how did you ever get this much head damage?"
Being the school teacher, he makes sure everyone is on their correct behavior when they are in class.
"Alright, class, let's turn to page 27 in our history books."
He is never afraid to ask any questions, though, he seems rather confused on Madilyn's skin color in PMDD more than any other question.
"Ehm... Meet our new student, uh, Madilyn, quick question... Why is your skin color... Gray?"

Pancham, perhaps one of the lesser bullies defined in schools, is not afraid to pick on someone, especially the newcomer, Madilyn.
"Yo, Piplup, tell me where your blank look comes from!"
"I bet you aren't even strong enough to break this tree...... Ok, nevermind, you dug a hole into it... Where are you even from?"
