Light & Dark MCRP (Minecraft Roleplay)
Project Overview
Plot:
Two realms seperated by unresolved discord, conflict, and one's heedless actions...Join Lucian and his friends on the journey to reunite the order once lost through the regions, the love lossed between two souls who were once bound together by passion, and adoration...Thriving on only a propchey, a tale as old as time, dive in and join us on our adventure of the ages, and explore our world full of mystery and magic!

Rules:
- Must be 15-22
- You must have discord, for communication for both me and the team. (Leave your discord, on your audition or it WILL be skipped.)
- Have a minimum to no background noise. (You don't have to have a good quality mic.)
- Do not use any voice changers in your audition. As the voice needs to sound natural.
- You can audition for as many characters as you'd like to, but can only be cast as one or two.
- Must be committed, and reliable, to the project.
- Be kind and especially respect all who participate and everyone in general.
- Send in mp3 files
- Try to express emotions, and be one with the character.
- Do all lines TWICE when auditioning.
- Must have some comfort with swearing/cursing
- When it comes to Light & Dark communication is mandatory. With this being said you must be flexible with voice channels. Speaking to your fellow members and owners is required. If for any reason you don't feel comfortable with being in verbal discussions please refrain from auditioning. But there are exceptions to this if you need time to get comfortable around others we are more than willing to give you time. But to participate in the server you must make an effort to communicate

Personality: Rowan is seen as funny, calm, and can be a bit playful at times.
Background: Rowan is the king of the dark side, in his past, he was a happy child who always desired to think in his own way as he grew older. He had very controlling parents who always wanted to know where he went and who he hung out with. You could be killed if you offended his parents, who had been quite strong demons.
(Serious) "You can't go to the light side; you must stay on the dark side."
(Playful) "Can't I play games with my daughter? I barely get any time to play or be with my kids."
(Pridefully/Confused) "Yea, I know my kids favorite colors…….Wait-What were their favorite colors again?"

He sounds raspy, and groggy as if he was tired.
Personality: Fawn believes that everyone should cater to him. When you talk try to be snappy and direct. Fawn is a brat and a coward.
Background: Fawn is the son of a pastor and works in a Church in the light realm that worships the queen. The queen's guards had killed his mother for having different views. This took a deep toll in his life, causing him to blame all his problems on this one incident. He seeks revenge to one day kill the queen's general who gave out the order.
(Disbelief) “Help you…Why should I help you? What could I possibly gain for such a lack of value?”
(Scuff/laugh) “I’m not rude, you’re just sensitive, maybe if you had strong feelings we wouldn’t be having this problem, but of course….”.
(Excited/Happy but be fake about it) “Welcome to Nova Unity we’re we take your dreams and make them blessings!”

Personality: Fin is very calm, intimidating, and has a quite demeanor.
Background:
Fin wasn’t always a vampire he was tricked by a trickster spirit when he asked for help healing his ill younger sister. At the cost of his human life, he accepted the deal and held up his end of the bargain and became a vampire. But the spirit took his sister’s soul and fled never to be seen again. This causes Fin to be untrusting and cold.
(Cold) “As a knight, I should not let you pass”
(friendly) “I remember you when you were this tall.”
(Calm/cocky) “Yeah, what do you want? A cookie.“

She sounds a bit raspy, neutral sounding
Personality: Miss Beatrice is very two faced, quite irritable, and rash when it comes towards any adult. But is usually sweet and gentle when children are present.
Background: The only thing that makes Beatrice Happy is children. When in the presence of adults, she is hot-headed and often disliked by the townspeople. When a kid appears, she acts as though nothing could ruin her mood. Many only tolerate her because she runs the town daycare and children adore her.
(Cheerful) "Kids let's not fight now, we know how to behave don't we?"
(Annoyed) "I didn't ask for your input. I very much doubt I will ever need it."
(Happy) "Sure! I'd be happy to have her! She can go and mingle with the other kids!

He speaks very cheery and happy.
Personality:
He is very curious, and is always determined into helping others, but is also a little clueless about a lot in the world.
Background:
He was artificially made by a skilled witch using dark magic. He became fascinated with his own creation studying to become a witch doctor. But due to his lack of intelligence he often does more damage to his patients then good.
(Giddy) “Sign here…and here and here, great now by any chance are you allergic to poison?"
(Think of an auctioneer) “This medicine may cause (list them off fast with enthusiasm) headaches, backaches, Heartaches, excessive drooling, dizziness, shortness of breath, vision loss, hearing loss, uncontrollable muscle movements and in some cases death… Now open wide!”.
(Pridefully/Giddy) “After a very thorough evaluation, I have come to the conclusion...that… I have no idea what’s wrong with you.”

He speaks slowly, with a sense of humor/confidence
Personality:
Lexie is a little bit not right in the head and acts a bit crazy from time to time. He's extremely jumpy, flirtatious, and always talks to himself.
Background:
Lexie is both a witch and traveling merchant who has sub-come to the darkness of his power. He is one of the most skilled mages of his time known wherever he goes and is often seen as very attractive. But that comes with the price of his sanity, due to the excessive use of Dark Magic it has taken over his mind making him loopy and crazy he often talks to the voices in his head.
(Mumbles/Confused) “Why are they looking at us like that? Is it something we said?”
(Excited/Cheerful)"Heyy! Long time no see, it would seem we have met again."
(Confused)"Are you sure it isn’t you who is, how do you say…crazy?"

She sounds seductive, and speaks in a cocky tone.
Personality:
Nixin is a very sassy, and loud individual. She speaks in riddles, and has a tendency to make of fun others.
Background:
Nexin is as old as time. The largest and oldest tree ever planted. She is known for her knowledge and attitude. She can tell the future but is never helpful due to the fact she is hard to understand and doesn’t take things seriously.
(Disgusted) "You must be one of many fools?"
(Anger/Venom as if you have been insulted) "For my wisdom is as true as the skies as right as the rain, you dare question my ever growing knowledge!"
(Confidence/Warning/Worry)"An eye for an eye but thus is a soul for a price, you must pay with ones life."

Resourceful, Competitive, Clever, Vague, Rude/Callous to strangers, Chaotic, Diligent, Adventurous, & Overprotective
Background:
Rosel lives in the deepest part of a cave in the Gallows with her family and people; they work in the mines collecting minerals and ores for the queen. She has 2 siblings to which are both young, and works hard to put food on the table for them and her mother who can’t work due to an illness. When she was little her father had left towards the kingdom in hopes of looking for a new job, but as time flew by he had never returned. Overtime Rosel had grown a resentment towards her father, the queen, and with the people outside. She grew a hate for the people out of spite for them not taking her people seriously, and always ignoring their demands for better living conditions, pay, and environment.
(Rude/Blunt/Being chased after) “There was no reason for you to help me, and I definitely didn’t need your help. You can go now.”
(Competitive/Prideful) “Okay, you’re on. If you honestly think that you can win.”
(Vague/Normal) “Hm..if you need weapons, I’ll need more Iron. Could you go into the mines and find some along the shaft? You’ll see some signs along the way to help direct you. Oh! And there’s pickaxes you can use near the entrance.”
