Liberty City, 1996. A seasoned narcotics agent is forced to team up with a new partner to take down a ruthless underground drug ring flooding the streets with a deadly new drug.

He’s a Puerto Rican cop who works alongside the main character. Plz try to replicate a New York Esq sounding Puerto Rican accent for him. Also he has some lines where he speaks Spanish so there’s that.
