Ben10K is the worlds greatest hero. He is arrogant at times and usually reacts on impulse. He loves his family and would do anything to protect them.

This version of Kevin 11 works for the Plumbers and has worked hard enough to earn the rank of Magister. Over the years he has mastered his abilities and become one of the most skilled Plumbers of all time.
What the hell were you thinking! Going alone without backup? You almost died!
Oh our CSI found a voice modulator in the trash which could be related to the shooter.
In this universe Jimmy becomes a tech expert for the Plumbers. He is an expert in hacking and is ranked as the 4th greatest hacker in the world. Jimmy feels a need to impress his hero Ben10K and acts impulsively because of that.

His voice matches a one Teddy Miller. Says here he was a strong antialien activist and was arrested for assaulting an alien coworker.
Teddy Miller is an anti-alien activist. He hates aliens because of an incident that happened at his job.
One roach down and a few hundred thousand left to go. (menacing tone)
Aliens are a disease and we are the cure. (evil tone)
The Liberator is the leader of the anti-alien activist group called N.A.T.I.V.E . His number 1 goal is to exterminate all non human life on earth.
