Melira is a classic Disney villain in the vein of Ursula or Cruella De Vil. She’s rude, self-centered, and will backstab anyone to get ahead. She begrudgingly becomes companions with Pibby to help save the cartoon world.
Throughout the season, Melira befriends Pibby and becomes a hero herself, helping to save the cartoon world, but she always stays the tough no-nonsense character at her core. She is the embodiment of why everyone loves bad guys. Even at her most vulnerable and heroic, she’s a badass villain at heart.

Do you really think you can save the universe with the... "Power of Love"?
You can't save the world while singing songs...
We all watched him die! He's gone.
Blossom is the leader and the brain of the Powerpuff Girls. Her voice should sound smart and composed, but still youthful and sincere. She speaks clearly and with purpose, often sounding like she’s thinking one step ahead of everyone else.
When things are calm, she’s polite, friendly, and optimistic. When danger hits, her voice becomes firm and commanding, like a young hero who knows exactly what needs to be done. She doesn’t whine or panic easily; she takes charge.

Alright girls, the mayor is in trouble again! Let's go!
There has to be a way to stop this thing! Don't worry, we'll take care of this. We don't need any extra help!
Bubbles?.. Buttercup?.. GIRLS?.. Where are you?..
Jenny sounds like a teenage girl trapped inside a powerful robot body. Her voice should feel bright, nerdy, and socially awkward, but capable of shifting into serious heroic mode when things get dangerous.
She jokes when she’s nervous, overreacts when she’s overwhelmed, and gets emotionally honest when things start falling apart. Even in a dark apocalypse scenario, she should still feel like a kid trying her best to be a hero.
When fighting, her voice becomes stronger and more confident, but never loses that slightly dorky charm that makes her lovable.

Doesn’t matter. I was built to protect people.
Hey, blue kid, if you’re running from that thing, stick with me.
No problem is too big and no problem is too small!
