VA has to sound like Evelynn from League of Legends. The script is around 150 words long. It's strictly SFW. Evelynn will be roasting other characters, so the voice actress has to encapsulate Evelynn's sassiness and meanness.
Mastering isn't required, I can do it myself. The quality of your gear doesn't need to be top notch either.
