Project Overview

Hey there! This is a renewed version of the Minecraft Roleplay I was making several months ago. That project mostly failed due to the problems in my life that suddenly arose. I am now looking to renew the project and create it based on a old story idea of mine rather than just having it as an unrecorded roleplay with everyone doing it for fun. This one will be recorded and I'm looking for voice actors and other helpers to help me on this project!
Summary: Once upon a time, there was a blacksmith that forged a sword made out of a strong crystal found only in the most sacred place in the kingdom, against the rules, as it was thought to bring grave incidents to the one who disturbs the crystal. However, with this ironically brought great luck upon the kingdom of Ilysia, a small kingdom wedged between two great powers. The sword proved to be legendary in strength as it was in lore. Nobody knows what happened to it though. It was soon told to be cast away somewhere in the kingdom for nobody to find it, thus ending the strife it caused between Ilysia and other kingdoms who envied them. The sword was dubbed the 'Sword of Legends.'
Many years later, there is a young Princess, greedy as she was beautiful, vain as she was charming, named Lisette mourns the loss of her mother who dies of poisoning, a sure assassination. She is assumed to be the murderer by her father, although she is innocent. She is cast away in a dungeon. That's when a knight approaches her, called upon the duty to protect her, a vow they once made to her mother. (This is a heavily edited summary for any spoilers have been taken out)
What is the goals of this project?: The goal is to make a 3 season series with 13 episodes in each season. The target audience is more of an upper teenage audience of 15-19. There will be some minor cussing, some perversion, and romance.
What is the time-frame for this project?: I don't want to get ahead of myself as the script still needs to be written as I get auditions. I want to do two chapters a month if possible. The deadline isn't final yet, it's just the farthest I could push it back for now. As the story goes on, I'm going to add more to this page.
Rules:
1. You must be at least 13 to be an extra, but I prefer the actual characters to be at least 16+. There are some suggestive themes.
2. You cannot quit once you get a role, since this is a long-term project, I am willing to do a hiatus if you are busy at a certain time, because I don't want the cast to change. If there's a chance you may quit, please do not audition. I have had so many people quit projects of mine and thus, many of them are still in production because I'm always trying to find replacements.
3. Please have a mic with little to no background noise
4. Please no spoiling the series
5. You MUST have a discord.
6. Act professional please
7. Be okay with LGBT relationships
8. All lines on here aren't canon or final, they are just befitting of the character
9. Unlike my last casting call, this is all volunteer work and will not be paid for their work building on the server, sorry! I'm just in a tight monetary spot at the moment.
The first deadline is for helpers like builders and stuff.

Casting Decision date
I know this may seem like a long wait, but I’m planning on casting within the next month. I am renewing my server on April 2nd and then will get to work on building, thus I’m urgently looking for builders. I want the Ilsian royal palace to be built before I cast, thus it may take a week or two after that, or it may take to the end of April. :) Then I’ll cast the main roles! Good luck everyone! The princess of Ilsia, very pampered and sheltered, she is overly greedy and demanding, yet she is seen as charming and beautiful to many. She is disgusted by commoners due to not being allowed to leave the palace, thinking they are similar to the vermin that plague the dungeons. She is fiery and haughty, vain is her defining characteristic, which makes many pass her up for more kind people. Lisette is like most 16 year old girls in that she thinks about love and fashion. She has so many dresses she has a room dedicated to them. She speaks first and tries to take it back later. She thinks of nothing but her own entertainment. Slowly, however, she adapts to her new life as a fallen princess and she learns to be charitable and giving in order to win back her people.
Her voice is a medium to high-pitched one. She speaks very posh but when distressed she drops it and instead speaks a bit lower pitch.
Please think about auditioning for the Singing role too, but it's not required.
[rudely] Did I say that you could speak to me!? Do I need to spell it out for you? You're a COMMONER! You serve me! You do not speak to me unless I extend the offer. Got that? Ugh. You certainly do not know that your place is beneath my heels!

Being the princess that she is, she sometimes sings songs for the people in court to dance to. She very much is a brag, and she likes to show off when she is talented at something. When she sings, it is said she sounds like an angel, and so I am looking for something soft and beautiful. Many people like Lisette when she is just singing because she sounds so sweet, yet when she opens her mouth again she is a little devil.
I say 'must be a soprano or mezzo' because it's her high-pitched voice that would make her one, not to shame altos, who don't get a lot of attention anyway.

He is very possessive of her. He has a dark past that he doesn't like to talk about because a group of people want him dead, but if it's Lisette, is is a tsundere who will slowly open up to her. Rémy will be the one who is the boldest and takes the most risks with his actions. He doesn't realize he loves Lisette and thinks of himself as her babysitter.
His voice should be medium-pitched to low-pitched and easily irritated.

Marc is noble, and actually from noble birth, he feels he is indebted to the royal family and thus is why he serves Lisette, but also for another reason, love. He asked to be enlisted to serve to protect her. He is actually of Lisette's social standing, thus he thinks if he butters her up enough she'll marry him. It's a ongoing joke that he says he'll do something and 'then they can get married,' just to get a flurry of rude responses from her other love interests. He is very posh and refined. He is always butting heads with Rémy over who is the true leader of the knights.
His voice should be high-pitched to medium-pitched and very refined. An english accent might suit him well but not required.
[disgusted] It's not her fault, Rémy. Don't take it out on her! Lisette did nothing wrong! You're such a brute, let go of her!
[nobly] Lisette, my dear. Listen closely. You are the most beautiful rose to ever come out of this kingdom. Never let some idiot like Rémy make you think any differently. He is not one of us.

Alain is the youngest of the 5 knights. He is only two years older than Lisette. He is very sensitive and kind, and won't speak up if someone is bothering him, but he will for Lisette. He is easily walked all over. He protects her from Lucien's perverted tendencies, and Marc and Remy's fights. He sometimes feels left out though, because the others don't rely on him as much. He is most noted for his sweetness and sensitivity. He is very book-smart.
A high-pitched male voice, I wouldn't mind a feminine voice playing him if it's deep enough.

[hurt] But I have to! In order to protect you! I may have to sacrifice myself at one point in time! You may forget about me, even. He is very sweet, but fakely sweet to lure women in, yet around Lisette, he can get kinda bothered by her, they have more of a love-hate relationship. This still doesn't stop him from flirting with her.
Deep male voice, I prefer Lucien's voice actor to be over 18 for the lines he'll say.

Étienne (Eh-ti-en) is the strictest of the knights, he is very mature and gives good advice, he was a military general's son. He is also kind of manipulative, in a way, because he will tell her she is unlovable in her current state, to make her unaware that the others love her. He has his and her best intentions at heart though, thinking she'd be best with him. He is a great strategist but not as good of a fighter.
Étienne needs a medium to low-pitched voice. Very strict and righteous.

She is very shy and sweet, thus at first taken aback by Lisette's initial rudeness, but she remains polite to everybody. She decides to go on the journey with Lisette and the knights in order to be their guide, as she is a traveling merchant and knows the land by heart. She is much more respectable than Lisette, and makes people mistake her for a princess, due to her refined behavior without speaking. She MIGHT fall in love with Lis, so be okay with that if you want this role.

She, however, doesn't take lightly the fact that she is powerless and incapable of battle, letting others fight for her. She demands that she learns to use a sword and fight her own battles.
She's a former soldier, so she is very strict.
Her voice should be kinda nasally medium-pitched, and tsundere

[hands her a wooden sword] This one is certainly not up to par with the Sword of Legends, but it'll do for now!

The King easily gives into the demands of his only daughter, despite the state of their economy. He is seen as puny and weak but he hides a secret from his daughter and the rest of the kingdom regarding what happened to their beloved, charitable, Queen.

[sternly] I told you once already, my dear Lis, we aren't in a financial state to buy this many new dresses for you! I know it means a lot to you to be at the height of fashion, but I can't raise taxes to provide you with those useless luxuries! [she ignores him] [sighs] Your mother would have been able to get through to you...
[in awe] Lis! You look just like your mother when she was your age. [holds her hands in his] You look absolutely beautiful, I'm sure you'll look great to everyone else, even without an elaborate dress! [Lisette grumbles] Don't say that!
[sadly] Today... we mourn the loss of the beautiful Queen and Mother of this nation, who died young and unexpectedly yesterday evening.

A Princess from a far off kingdom who married into Ilsian royalty to form an alliance. She is a beauty for sure, but she wilted away quickly due to poisoning. Lisette was very close with her mother. Most of the time, she shows up in flashbacks or in Lisette's imagination. She instructs 5, at the time, boys to protect Lisette in case the kingdom of Ilsia ever falls. They are bound by that vow they made and must protect her. She was loved by the people for being charitable and loving to them all.

She was friends with her when they were little, but now she is trying to keep up with her fashion-wise and popularity-wise.
A medium-pitched posh voice. An accent might suit her well.
[angry] How DARE Lisette outshine me! I'm the foreign princess at court, yet nobody even looks at me! No, no, I must keep calm. People won't like me if I look like I'm trying too hard.

He likes more humble peasants, and is giving to his poor in his country. He was always run over by the two girls in childhood, but doesn't allow them to sway him anymore.

The most popular lady in court besides Lisette, she is a mere countess, but she is a very popular gossip who plays victim when someone catches her. Lisette knows this and stays away from her. She has a regal woman's laugh like Ohohoho but if you can't do it that way, just laugh normally! She was forcibly married very young to an old man who died by this time in the story. She is some of the richer people in court, which allows her to buy extravagant dresses.

Ohohoho~! Her highness is looking rather... bland today. She usually dresses herself with such gaudy decoration, it's as if the tax money suddenly ran out! Ohoho~!

A pure sweetheart, a rare commodity in court, she is a cousin to Lisette. She is around age 22. She is a beauty, but is humble about it, which makes Lisette actually admire her, or perhaps pity her since her family is the poorest of the ones with a dukedom. She is a little ditzy and forgets court etiquette sometimes and addresses Lisette as Lisette in public due to their closeness.
I see her as having a medium-pitched voice.
Ah, the breeze feels so nice. Don't you think so? The gardens are so splendid this time of year, look at the petals in the air! Heheh!
Lisette! Oops, I mean, your highness! I think that you have a brilliant singing voice. I haven't heard it in a while though, might you sing something for us all?

She has a crush on Maxence, and hates Lisette for corrupting his views.
I'm looking for a low to medium-pitched gruff female voice. It should be harsh sounding.

He was like a big brother to her in childhood, so that's what he thinks he is to her now too. Lisette is impressed that a girl actually likes Remy due to his harshness and brutal honesty.
