About:

What is the Project? This project will have characters doing things drawn by the fans of the series in various art styles. Your job as an actor is the bring the character a voice along with bringing them to life.

Audition Rules and Information:
1) All actors must have a clear microphone and overall good audio quality! Avoid recording in large or echoey rooms, and rooms with air conditioning, fans, or other appliances running in the background. Pop filters or angling your microphone slightly to the side are also helpful to avoid unwanted noise, puffing, or popping. Be careful to avoid audio clipping and buzzing. Please don't use any vocal-altering effects, or any filters that might majorly change the sound of your audio!
2) This project may include some questionable subjects, in regards to same sex relationships along with swearing. If this is a turn off for you we apologize in advance.
3) Many of these characters have official voice actors, so please pay attention to what sort of voice is preferred in the character descriptions.
4) This project requires cast members to be 15 years of age or older.
5) Deadlines will be implemented upon having a full cast -- I will be expecting lines from all cast members once every two weeks! Checking your notifications for announcements regularly is a must. If you think that this schedule will be too difficult for you to adhere to on a regular basis, please do not audition. There is a deadline policy in place to keep the projects running smoothly.
6) A Discord account is mandatory so as to keep everyone up to date with proper updates and announcements. This is non-negotiable.

Tanjiro is kind by nature and has been described by others as having very gentle eyes. He has a great deal of determination and will not give up once he has a goal to achieve; the best example of this being his relentless quest to find a cure for Nezuko. Even though he is relatively strong on his own, Tanjiro isn't opposed to asking others for help when he needs it. He is very protective of his friends and even more so of his younger sister. However, despite his kind and understanding nature, Tanjiro does have a limit to his tolerance and has a distaste for rudeness, as he easily becomes annoyed by Zenitsu Agatsuma's constant whining, and angered by Inosuke Hashibira's barbaric actions.
"To dispel the regrets of those killed, to stop anymore victims from appearing, I will relentlessly wield my blade against the Demons, and that's a fact. But I will not trample on the pains of being a Demon. Nor on those who regret their own actions. Because demons were humans. Because they were humans like me."
"If you can't differentiate the good Demons from the bad ones, you should quit being a Pillar!!"
"Nezuko!"
Zenitsu is a coward, always claiming he doesn't have long to live due to the dangerous job of being a Demon Hunter. He is also a bit of a womanizer and likes to hit on girls who he thinks are cute and ask them to marry him much to their annoyance.
Zenitsu has low self-esteem but still wants to live up to the expectations others set up for him. However, he was constantly afraid and would always cry and run away. He claims he wants to live a modest life where he can be useful to someone.

Inosuke is extraordinarily short-tempered and proud and makes a big deal out of fighting opponents stronger than him claiming that's his only hobby.[1]Inosuke will not think about the difference in power between him and his opponent; this often led him to be in danger. He is always trying to compete with Tanjiro and provoke him into fighting with him and usually failing. Due to growing up in the mountains by himself Inosuke has trouble interacting with others and only cares about himself most of the time. However, as time goes by, Inosuke becomes more influenced by Tanjiro, and he also starts to think and to use strategies before going head-on with an opponent.

At her introduction, Kanao is an indecisive and quiet girl. Due to the abuse she endured before meeting the Kocho sisters, she became unable to make decisions by herself and repressed her emotions as a defense mechanism. To help rectify this, Kanae gave her a coin to flip to decide which path to follow.
"TANJIRO IS ASLEEP, BE QUIET!" (for a quiet girl, this is a great first line. oh my)

Genya is a foul-mouthed and ill-tempered individual; a "lone wolf" who refuses any help from others and does not show any interest in being polite or having any manners, much like his older brother. During the Final Selection, he roughly handles Kanata Ubuyashiki, grabbing her by her hair and yelling at her even though she is a child. He becomes more open to cooperation during the battle against Hantengu, an Upper Moon demon, where he works alongside Tanjiro, Mitsuri Kanroji, and Nezuko Kamado. Sanemi's refusal to acknowledge him also makes Genya insecure as he comes to realize just how weak he is compared to his companions. Nonetheless, he does whatever he can to help his allies, even if it gets him horribly maimed in the process.
