Project Overview
Hello! I'm Hallye!
This is a casting call for chapter one of Katsu! It's a manga made by Adachi Mitsuru. The genres are sports/romance/comedy. It follows the story of an aspiring boxer named Satoyama Katsuki as he tries to win the heart of Mizutani Katsuki.
I'm planning on dubbing the entire series, but I wanted to do a test run with the first few chapters. More characters will be added as we proceed with more chapters.

Satoyama Katsuki is a carefree 15 year old high school kid, and a pretty lazy one at that. However, he secretly has a crush on a girl who happens to share his name: Mizutani Katsuki. Upon finding out that Mizutani's father used to be a pro-boxer, and she herself infatuated with the sport, he reluctantly joins a boxing gym in order to impress Mizutani. Satoyama is quick to find out he may have the blood of a genius boxer running through his veins...
(Dismissive) "No need to hurry. I'll just go out when I feel like it." (Soften the tone, he's talking to his little sister) "Shut up."
(Slightly questioning) "..You haven't applied for a membership already have you?"
(Endearing, he's talking about his crush) "Feels like we're not strangers..huh. I agree."
Daughter of Tsuyoshi and Harune Mizutani, who divorced several years ago. Initially shows great disgust and repulsion towards boxing. Takes special interest in training Katsuki Satoyama. Is the object of affection for Satoyama, Kyouta Kawakami, Takamichi Kimoto and Shinichi Misaki. Was childhood friends with Takamichi Kimoto.
(Sarcastic) "Cute girlfriends you got there."
(Upbeat, but intimidating) "If you tell anyone about my work I'll kick your ass."
"Doesn't an hour seem longer when you're just standing about?"
Katsuki Satoyama's best friend in middle and high school. A talented boxer in his own right, who enjoys the sport and learns well at Mizutani Gym. He likes Katsuki Mizutani and initially joined the gym in order to get closer to her. Occasionally wants to test his strength against Katsuki Satoyama.
(Exciteable and triumphant) "It's the girl I've had my eyes on since the entrance ceremony! Mizutani Katsuki!"
"Don't worry. I'm famous for my sealed lips."
(Shocked and frustrated) "You bastard! Why didn't you say that yesterday?!"
Satoyama Katsuki's father. He's hiding something, there's always a hint of something dark in his voice.
"Summer is coming again."
Satoyama Katsuki's little sister. Inquisitive. Carefree and positive.
(Questioning, slightly teasing) "Huh? I thought you were going out before?"
(Exclaiming) "I know that! It's been raining for three days straight!"
"A rainy city scene. Drainage pipes, tree frogs on the hydrangea. And beyond, the door opens."
Try to have different voices! This is a very important role! There are lot of unnamed characters that require voices!
(Laughing, trying to convince Mizutani their single) "Are you kidding? They're just acquaintances!"
(Looking expectingly at her boyfriend) "That's her! Teach how rough the world is!"
(Improv)
