Project Overview
A short film written and directed by Rusteen Honardoost, KAIJU KID is an homage to Godzilla films, in which a young boy gets to live out his fantasy of being a giant monster wrecking a city, but learns that his actions have consequences and he has to apologize after he hurts people.

The Little Girl is a young Japanese girl who lives in the city being terrorized by the kaiju. At first she watches in horror, then when she sees her sister is going to be hurt, she jumps into action and pleads to the monster to stop. Her wholesomeness cuts through the kaiju's mean exterior and makes him learn the error of his ways.
