Journeys is a passion project that I am working on alone. It is an upcoming webcomic that will be published on Webtoon eventually. This comic is about a group of friends who are tasked to take matters into their own hands and fight off the evil that opposes them. Throughout their journey, they will encounter serious conflicts and mistakes that they will learn from. This casting call will be used to gather voice actors for the dubbed version that I want to have uploaded onto YouTube for the people who don't want to read.
NOTE: PLEASE READ THE CHARACTERS' DESCRIPTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING. Use the Voice References that I have tagged on every character.
Here is the Prologue that will be used in the comic:
In a time long forgotten, a weapon of unimaginable power was forged, the All-Star. This ancient blade was fueled by the Shards of Divinity, each containing a fragment of creation itself. In the right hands, the All-Star could bring balance, but in the wrong hands, it could bring destruction. When Xyorn (Melanie) was born over 850 thousand years ago during the Destant Era, she was the cause of the Godfall, which was a time period of pure divine beings and souls that roamed freely on the planet. Xyorn took matters into her own hands and murdered every single being alive. She gained ultimate power across the whole planet and started to unleash Cursed Spirits everywhere. After Xyorn was satisfied with her power, the shards were scattered across realms, hidden in places no one dared to look. Now, 850,000 years later, their power is enlightened once again, but now it is up to newcomers to fight against the evil.

Peyton is the main protagonist of Journeys. He is an outgoing friend with a confident ego. he always manages to find a way to get through a tough situation. he is a simple guy only wanting to make good decisions. he likes to spend time with others and always tries and predict the next move in his adventure. he doesnt like to use his power against his will by fighting off the darkness that opposes him.

Chloe is a sidekick to Peyton. She is known for her quick thinking, but has a very clumsy personality. Despite her intelligence, Chloe is modest and doesn't show off her abilities. She is loyal to her friends and always ready to support them, especially Peyton, with whom she shares a good bond with.

Valerie is the quietest of the group. She is forced to be silenced due to Melanie's isolating speech curse. Valerie is unable to talk because she knows something about Melanie that nobody else does. Valerie is very cautious with what she does. One wrong move in her life could put her friends and family in serious danger.

Marley is the most intelligent of Peyton's group. She tends to observe more than speak, often staying in the background. Marley is an excellent listener and gives great advice when needed. Marley is always doing her own things, usually planning certain events or just wanting to be alone. She enjoys light-hearted fun, but has a very short temper and deals with anger issues.

Penny is driven by a disdain for Peyton. She is manipulative and enjoys causing chaos for others. Penny doesn't have a bond with anyone like Peyton's friend group. Her personality has been drained from having to work with such toxic people and dealing with unnecessary remarks about disabilities, mainly about her missing right arm. She made her mechanical arm when she was younger to try and fit in with kids at school, but it just made the bullying worse..

Melanie is the main antagonist of the story, characterized by her intense hatred for humanity as a whole. She harbors a deep desire to destroy everyone and everything, driven by her belief that humanity is fundamentally flawed and beyond redemption. Melanie is unbelievably strong, posing an intimidating threat that requires a team effort to confront and defeat. She wants to rule the world with a society that only praises and appreciates her.

Lexa is an asshole, often coming across as brash and unapologetic. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, even if it means hurting someone's feelings. Lexa prefers to rely on herself rather than others. Lexa and her brother David share a close connection, and usually disregard tasks that are meant for them.

David is a very judgmental type of person, similar to his sister Lexa. He has a rude personality and isn't afraid to speak his mind, often making disgusting or inappropriate remarks about others. David tends to be jealous and competitive against Peyton, especially when it comes to those he perceives as threats or superior to him.

Rowan is an energetic type of person, mainly having outbursts at random moments. She is always very enthusiastic and loves to talk about her hometown, Sydney, Australia. With her being overexcited 24/7, she usually has days where she feels very burnt out. She always keeps her head up high to support others and herself.

Orin is a very cautious guy, often worrying about little situations. Orin may seem like a tough guy, but he's really just an empath for anyone or anything. Orin would do anything to protect his friend Rowan, so when he sees her upset, he will go out of his way to be there for her. He is also a very creative person and has a great passion for designing roller skates.

BUSTER-E05 is a robot that has a passion for fighting. He was made by an unknown for evil, but was secretly taken by Orin and Rowan to make a "defense buddy". When they took him home, they gave him upgrades from scraps in Rowan's garage. BUSTER-E05 regularly trains with them to get better at protecting his friends.

Mira is an omniscient, sneaky thief who likes to take others' belongings and turn them into living creatures. She is very smart with what she does and can easily get away with it by using her looks. With her making multiple creatures using random items, it causes trouble throughout the cities.

Tsega is a calm and collected girl with ambitions of becoming a powerful leader. She is very open-minded and is always ready for the next step. Tsega prefers to be left alone so she can figure out her own problems, but is also open to spending time with anyone if needed.

Max is a very smart kid with the ability to make gadgets and robotic parts on his own. he also specializes in designing mechs and fighter jets. Max has a huge crush on Marley and makes it obvious, but he denies it when anyone asks. Unfortunately, he knows that Marley doesn't feel the same and just wants to be friends.
