This character is quite complex as it will have to be presented over the course of three phases. The child phase would have the least emphasis and will have some of the traits that she will have when she is older such as having a keen awareness of certain details as she will grow up to be a doctor such as how dog's should not be allowed to eat grapes and the like with a very bright eyed optimism that will get toned down a little bit over time as she gets older but never loses it and still remains that way even into her later years.
Child: Jonathan, why did you feed Danny grapes, he could die!
Adult: Oh Jonathan, you always where rather headstrong but that's what I always like about you.
Old: Oh, Joseph, you look just like your grandfather but lacking all of the good things about him.
This character is very minor and features in only a couple of scenes. She mainly acts as a foil to Dario whilst bring up a couple of questions, she should be portrayed as rather stern to Dario and questioning him and his obvious horrid nature.

Dio is a very foul mouthed and aggressive character who seems to find joy in other peoples suffering and just being a very pettunlant little shit as a youth, as he gets older he starts to mellow out a bit but still retains a large amount of these qualities but also becomes more cunning and attempts to hide this more easily but once he turns into a vampire, he goes full all in on this wrathful desires and attempts to savagely and horrifically kill everybody in his path in the most sadisitc path ever.
He should have a charasmatic voice but have it dripping with some level of venom at all points, feel free to experiment with it.

Dario is a very brutish and kind gentlement who sems to relish in punishing others and even his own family. He especially seems to enjoy punishing his son by throwing bottles in his face as a form of humoring himself in a rather cruel and sadisitc fashion.
His accent would have to be a kind of gypsy accent to indicate his poor level of wealth and his simple mind with the lines being ajusted to match that.

The bullies are manly just a background character
You can give them whatever kind of wierd voice you desire, as long as it is somewhat interesting/ what we are look for, aka just go nuts, you can even alter the line somewhat to fit what you want the character to sound like.

Jonathan is the main character of the series and is meant to be a giant cinnamon roll, he never swears at all and when he does swear, it will usually be in the most harmless manner.
It is recommended to play him with a british accent as he is an upperclassmen coming from a respectful family.
(Child) I will punch your pee pee into a peachy pulp.
(Adult) With this power of Hamon, I will...oh found a penny, hopefully that will give me luck.
George Joestar is meant to represent the standard upperclass british gentleman except he is also a drunkard asshole who has a habit of wanting to violently punish his son at all times usually in a cruel and unusual manner such as having a whipping room as well as having an extremely bad understand who is good or evil even when the evidence is staring him in the face.
Again, it is recommended he should have a british accent.
