JIGOKUGRAM PROJECT
Project Overview
JIGOKUGRAM is an independent, fanmade project based on the premise of MILGRAM. The viewers follow the perspective of Iustus, this prison’s warden, through managing a cast of 11 prisoners, all of whom are deemed guilty of ‘murder’. You are tasked with the mission to judge the prisoners based on the information provided through music videos extracted from their minds. Based on your judgement, the prisoner’s mindset will change, including their relationships within the prison and how they view their crimes.
Your discussions and opinions will be reflected through Iustus - who will act as your fodder. Every word, every mistake will be recorded and delivered. Bring forward your best judgement, viewers, for you are not the one being judged, after all.

A pediatrician who seems apathetic and aloof.
She doesn’t talk much nor shows desire to participate in the interrogation process. When faced with Iustus, she expresses her confusion about her involvement in her murder.
Kokoro’s withdrawn personality makes it difficult for others to approach and get along with her, but she seems to have formed connections with a few prisoners, albeit reluctantly.
Serious and guarded, but with a soft voice.

A young, polite housemaid who likes to treat others with care. She doesn’t shy away from interacting with Iustus, even directly expressing her idea of everyone being forgiven. She isn’t opposed to sharing about her crime either, saying that it was a ‘necessary sacrifice’. Due to her experience working as a housekeeper, Mai always addresses others with utmost respect, never seeming to give herself a chance to slack off. She is often seen tending to the facilities of JIGOKUGRAM, possibly owing to her past occupation

A boisterous, energetic athlete who would never back down from a challenge. She treats everyone around her like her best friend, especially those who play along with her shenanigans. Even the warden, Iustus, can’t escape from her unfaltering enthusiasm. She is surprisingly cooperative, but only when she is treated with the right attitude. Natsumi gets on with the majority of the prisoners, though some find her a bit overwhelming at times. As one of the more active individuals, she is often found working out or searching for people to talk to and hang out with.
Confident and cheerful.

A chipper and caring young man who often seems disconnected from the world. He doesn’t seem to have any issues integrating himself into JIGOKUGRAM, only occasionally making small comments on the lack of entertainment. However, despite being quite cooperative, he doesn’t seem entirely willing to reveal anything beyond his experience in the facility. With Iustus, he appears kind but avoidant, making it clear when he doesn’t want them to press on. Kai is rather agreeable, one of the ones more likely to go along with the other’s suggestions instead of doing things on his own. He is rarely seen alone, but some would say he is just bad at refusing and saying no.
Calm, yet enigmatic.

A passionate and soft-spoken teacher who is the oldest prisoner in JIGOKUGRAM. She appears to show no problems abiding by the prison’s rules, replying to Iustus’s questions curtly and straight to the point. Despite saying that her crime was an accident, she showed great regret in her actions, saying she should not be forgiven. Naomi is often perceived as scary by most prisoners. However, she doesn’t take this to heart. She would actively distance herself from those afraid of her, but this seems to contribute to her unapproachable impression.

An impulsive and explosive gambler who doesn’t seem to have a care in the world. Upon meeting Iustus, he welcomed them with a variety of tricks and games, only agreeing to comply if they won against him. He treats the interrogation like a game, often going out of his way to find thrill and excitement, not caring about the risks and dangers of his actions. Despite claiming that he can do things on his own, Hikaru has trouble understanding less-complex activities, often needing assistance from other prisoners. Hikaru is blind in one eye, but seems to have fun regardless.
Playful and enthusiastic.

JIGOKUGRAM'S Head Doctor. A man who is always focused on his work and ideals. He always keeps to himself, and doesn't initate conversation. At first, you'd think he's a no-nonsense type of guy, but he surprisingly has a good sense of humor. He seems to avoid Shouko for whatever reason.

As an artist, you will create designs for the trials and music videos, draw skit sprites, and create key visuals/frames for the music videos. If you are alright with storyboarding, you will earn the storyboard role. You will be working alongside writers, animators, and editors.
Animator, storyboard, any type is allowed.

As a writer, you will help to brainstorm ideas for not only what will happen in the trial, but also the full case of the prisoner's murder (of course, the mods will create them first, so you will just have to submit some ideas that could be better). Besides that, you will write voice dramas, MINIGRAMS, and MV ideas. You will work alongside artists (including storyboard artists. As for artists in general, you will help to design an outfit fitting for the MV or trial phase.), lyricists, composer (what you think the song should sound like/portray), and voice actors.

As a animator, you will create animations for the music video of each prisoner. Please tell us how much frames/seconds you think you can do per MV. You will be working alongside artists (inc: storyboard), editors, writers, and composers.

As an editor, you will mainly edit skits, but you will also help to patch up MV scenes the animators have created. You will be working alongside animators, artists, and voice actors.

As a composer, you will work on creating instrumentals and melody for the music videos (of course, with the help with every other composer.) using BandLab or any other composing app/website. Make sure to brainstorm and get help from other composers, writers, and the owners. You will be working alongside writers, lyricists, and mixers.
As a lyricist, you will create lyrics based on the melody the composer has created and the case the writers have made. You will be working alongside the writer, composer, and voice actor. We suggest you to use OpenUTAU or sing to create a guide.

As a mixer, you will mix the instrumental and vocals together after they are completed. The app we will be using is BandLab, but if you have any different suggestions, please tell us. You will work alongside the composers and voice actors.
