STAFF needed for Aqours R♡tation (a Love Live! cover group)
Project Overview
Aqours R♡tation is a Japanese Love Live! cover group (find us here).
Our goal is to provide Love Live! fans with a new perspective of sub-units, so we have re-divided up the main Aqours girls into new sub-units based on attribute.
♡Daisy is the new Azalea! This is the pure sub-unit.

We currently have one sprite editor, three mixers and two video editors. We are focusing on quality, not quantity. For this purpose, we will need to divide up the work so that everyone can have a decent amount of time to complete everything.
Each release month, we will release 3 full-length sub-unit covers. Each staff role will be assigned a one sub-unit per release month.
For specifics as to what we're looking for, please read the descriptions beneath the staff roles.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: link at least 3 examples of your video editing skills.

The role of a video editor is pretty self-explanatory! You will create videos to go along with the songs that we sing. This role is crucial!
We are looking for one more video editor to join our team. We already have two of them, but as I said in the project description, we are looking to divide the work up evenly.
You have a lot of freedom with making videos! Whatever you think fits. However, you should be able to color code in some way with each video, whether that be with lyrics, sprites, or by some other means. You also cannot alter the sprites in any way (besides making them black and white for color coding purposes), and they should be included in the video.
You will also be expected to create videos without the official audio we will be using. Since we are singing in Japanese, you can time everything to the original audio from Love Live, and add our completed mix afterward.

The role of a sprite editor is very important, considering Aqours doesn't have nearly as many cards as μ's. The cards we use are important because we'd like the sprite outfits to reflect the mood of the song.
We are looking for one more sprite editor to join our team. We already have two of them, but as I said in the project description, we are looking to divide the work up evenly, so one per sub-unit.
You will be expected to make the sprites look like the characters of Aqours! You can have more freedom and do your own line-art, or you can use the sprites as bases and just change some things. However, it is necessary to make them look like the character of the vocalist.
You will be making 3 sprite edits per release month as a sprite editor. You will be doing edits for one sub-unit per release month. This job is super important, as you'll need to have them complete before video editing can commence.

The role of a mixer is incredibly important! This job is difficult, too. You're basically the backbone of the production crew!
We currently have three mixers on our team! We are looking for a collaborative mixer to fill this last role. You will be required to master and do effects, and you will work with Goth (one of our mixers) who will do timing.
You will be expected to have a good understanding of effects and mastering. Tuning is a necessity as well, although I'm not sure how much of it you will have to do (hopefully not too much). You can use whichever program you'd like, and use whatever means of making the mix sound as great as possible.
You will be making 1 mix per release month. Each mix will be a sub-unit song, so you should be able to mix at least 3 voices.
