Tar is male and one of the main antagonists. He is kinda like that Hyena that chews it's own leg in The Lion King

(Loud/Angry) “And why should we risk our lives for some plan that might not work!”
(Hopeless) “We can’t get out of here.”

(Cute/Innocent) “Me, Riko and Chie will help you!”
