Hugh Neutron is the comedic but well meaning father of Jimmy Neutron and husband of Judy Neutron. For all his quirks, he has an undeniable love and devotion to his family… but he is not above giving his son a punishment when need be… in this case, it is by showing him how deceptively good he actually is at playing a Children’s Card Game.
