1. Principal Steve RockhamCharacter Description

Principal Steve Rockham is a high-strung, perpetually stressed school administrator who looks like he hasn't had a full night's sleep in a decade. He features a prominent, bald head with a small tuft of unruly, reddish-brown hair clinging to the back, paired with oversized, thick-rimmed glasses that magnify his wide, anxious eyes. Dressed in a rigid, navy blue sweater over a collared shirt, he carries himself with a tense, rigid posture that betrays his constant state of agitation. His large nose and downturned mouth give him a naturally severe, disapproving expression, making him look like he is always on the verge of handing out a detention.

His voice is nasal, raspy, and fluctuates wildly in pitch. He naturally speaks in a sharp, abrasive mid-range tone, but whenever he gets agitated (which is often), his voice cracks and spikes into a piercing, theatrical screech.

• Line 1: "Finally. It was in peace when he wasn’t everything... but him."

• Line 2: "Somebody order two cheese pizzas and two pepperonis?"

• Line 3: "Did you remember the bucket?!"

Josh MunishterCharacter Description

Josh Munishter is a sharp-witted, overly confident figure who carries himself with the absolute certainty of a self-made tycoon. Bald, mustache-sporting, and clad in a sharp blue suit, he looks like a classic cartoon executive who is perpetually ready to pitch a dubious invention or demand results from his team. He is fast-talking, impatient with mediocrity, and entirely unfazed by the absolute chaos that seems to constantly unfold around him.

Crisp, commanding, and fiercely enthusiastic. He speaks with the cadence of a 1950s/1960s industrialist or a high-energy auctioneer who is completely convinced he is the smartest person in the room.

• Line 1: "That’s it? Always money back with you people."

• Line 2: "And… why is that kid holding a rocket launcher in my lobby?"

• Line 3: "Hey, I don’t want to alarm you. But there were spiders in your house."

KirmastraCharacter Description

Kirmastra is a surreal, multi-legged entity with a vibrant and highly unconventional design. His massive, bulbous purple head dominates his look, complete with an expressive unibrow-like ridge and a smooth black beard framing his jawline.

• Eyes for Days: He sports four eyes in total—two massive, wide-eyed stares right in the center, and two smaller, erratic eyes protruding from the sides of his head, giving him a chaotic but strangely alert expression.

• Accessories: He rocks a pair of bright neon-green hoop earrings on his stylized ears. On top of his head, a single red pipe or snorkel-like structure sits alongside a floppy purple hair tuft and green leaf-like accents.

• The Bod: His upper torso is incredibly compact, clad in a mustard-yellow tank top with tiny, floppy hands. This connects to a wide, bench-like lower body with red pants and four legs, each ending in a dark purple, blocky shoe.

He possesses a deep, resonant, and velvety smooth baritone voice. It is rich, soulful, and naturally commands the room without him ever needing to shout. The smooth delivery contrasts hilariously with his chaotic, multi-eyed alien appearance, giving him an unexpected, cool-guy charisma.

• Line 1 (Casual/Smooth): "Sorry, Troy. That was the girl who was supposed to come over."

• Line 2 (Street-smart/Philosophical): "Well, it seems like about this time when you come near for the Legend and butt out for the Donation but regret, you know I’m sayin’?"

• Line 3 (Contemplative/Chaotic): "Is it time to make it here by now? I wish it didn’t matter to blow up explosions sometime."

Character Description

Mark Frank Minston is a commanding, larger-than-life figure who carries himself with the booming authority of a seasoned sports broadcaster and the strict discipline of a traditional educator. As the founder, principal, and CEO of Red Hadel High School, he runs his institution like a well-oiled machine. While his urgent tone and formidable presence can be intimidating to new students, it stems from a deeply rooted, protective dedication to their success and safety. Beneath his intense demeanor lies a genuine pride in his school and a hidden warmth for the students he considers to be under his wing.

Formidable, urgent, and fiercely protective, yet possessing a hidden warmth for those under his charge. Booming and authoritative.

• Line 1: "Welcome, everyone, to Red Hadel High School! Today we would like to show you the best classes you'll ever have. We give you the best management of all! Whether it's Gym, Science, or Art—or studying core subjects like English and Math—we have it all."

• Line 2: "My name is Mark Frank Minston. You might know me as the football narrator for the Eagles vs. Hawks in ’81, or the Vikings vs. Cardinals in ’92. But here, I am the founder, principal, and CEO of Red Hadel High School."
