Horror Story Voice Over

Horror Story Voice Over

Project Overview

Hello!

This is a short narrative project, wherein I'll need two character voices for the two leads. It will be a single video, predicted to take roughly a week to put together and illustrate.

If you are to be cast, I expect lines turned in within around five days.

This includes solidified characters, one of which is twisted slightly to set the stage for this horror/drama audio story.

If you are uncomfortable with the idea of intense violence or horror, this project is not for you.

Daniel is a mix of anything and everything. Sometimes to his benefit, mostly to his faults. Traditionally a bubbly character with charisma and charm. Though in this audio drama, he plays the antagonist to his roommate, Keon. Though the two are lovers, the lengths Daniel is willing to go to to reach his goals are disturbing...

Daniel's voice is expressive, clear, mid ranged and out there. Do NOT be afraid to go all out, especially emphasizing on words that stick out to YOU.

  • *Gentle, in a whisper*
    "Keon... get up..."
    *explanatory, happy*
    "Breakfast, and we're out."

  • *disgusted, angered*
"I have spent YEARS, Keon. YEARS! Working on your god awful problems. And to WHAT avail?"

  • *a twisted happiness*
    "Keon look!
    it's the sunset!
    your favorite time of day."

    "isn't it beautiful?"

Keon is the opposite to Daniel; quiet, reserved, introverted. Though his build is muscular, he refuses to inflict harm upon anyone. Usually a follower to Daniel and his ideas, impractical as they may be. His personality persists in this story, ending him up in an unfortunate situation...

Keon's voice should be soft, timid, though not muffled. Preferably mid ranged or lower, mature in tone.

  • *tired, slurred*
    "Danny...?"
"What are you... what is this?"

  • *desperate, scared, shaking*
    "P-Please-.. stop! Don't touch me..!"
    *Calling for help*
    "Danny! Please!*

  • *gasps, sounds of pain, crying*
