What's Hiraeth? 🌱
Hiraeth is a story about a villager named Sonder who is in a repetitive cycle of sleeping, farming, learning and restart. One day, a traveler, named Tin, comes by who doesn't seem like any regular type of person.
This encounter conflicts Sonder and his vision on how his life is supposed to be. His father, the cleric of the village, denies Sonder's request to leave with the traveler in fear for his safety. As the traveler leaves to his next destination, Sonder decides to runaway from his village to seek out the traveler. Sonder now ventures off into the world, with only a compass in hand and his gift from the stranger, and is accompanied by his dear friend, Obi the iron golem. Along the way he encounters a rouge by the name of Harlow, who just happens to get Sonder into a lot of mischief.

With the month coming to an end, I will be sorting through the audtions and picking each role one by one! I will NOT be choosing all roles in one go :)
I will be sorting through SONDER'S ROLE ONLY for today and then Tin the next day then Harlow and so on!

We are slowly inviting people into the project, as we are trying to make sure the project server is well prepared for new guests and provides further information about the possible characters that need voices! 🤍
For the other roles, the deadline date will remain the same! If any information comes out, there will be an update about the change of date. If you have any questions, feel free to comment on the project or directly message me!
There are a few things I forgot to mention in the description so just so those who auditioned are aware:
> Hiraeth is a inclusive RP and it does contain sublte hints of LGBTQ+ representation! We will not tolerate any negativity or disrespect of any kind! (Please do not audition if you cannot abide to this)
> The deadline is JUST a placeholder date! It may be extended or it may be cut off! So please do not wait until the last minute to audition! (There will be an update if the deadline shortens, this will all depend when our minecraft helpers form comes out!)

> Sonder is the main role of this story! He is a isolated villager with a really strict dad, so his knowledge about many things is limited.
He knows how to take care of his village and his responsibilities, but outside of the village he is pretty naive. He's a curious lad with a level-headed attitude.

"My dad is pretty much the reason why I haven't left the village...but he has a good reason." (low tone/somber)

> Tin is the catalyst to Sonder's interest in traveling the world. Tin has a iron jaw due to his encounter with creepers. He has a caretaker that happens to be a blacksmith villager named Pops. Tin is soft spoken but his voice is a little rusty since he's anxious of how others think he sounds. He travels often to look for more materials for his village as well as expanding his village map.
(his voice can be a little monotone due to the lack of talking he does)

> Harlow is a half human/ half silverfish rouge! He often steals from advanced villages or from those who deserve it. He's always on the move and doesn't like to stay at one place for too long or get close to people. Harlow so happens to be Sonder's navigator through their journey which makes him open up abit more.

> Alessio is the village cleric/"mayor" and is Sonder's dad. He doesn't like travelers and/or opening up the village to a lot of people due to griefers. He focuses on his people and making sure his son doesn't wonder off/get curious. He's a little stubborn but is kind hearted. He means well but his actions/attitude can be a little mean.
