GTA: Blue and Blood is an ambitious total conversion mod set in the gritty, vibrant world of Los Santos during 1990, two years before the events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
The mod explores the complex dynamics of power, loyalty, and corruption in the city, focusing on a new, original storyline that delves into the lives of its characters and the chaotic environment they inhabit.
The player assumes the role of Joshua Brice, a black detective who has recently joined the C.R.A.S.H. (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) unit. Raised in Idlewood, deep in Front Yard Ballas territory, Brice struggles to balance his roots with his role in law enforcement, navigating the moral ambiguities of being part of a notoriously corrupt police force.
The story features a cast which includes other officers, gang members, and civilians, each with their own agendas and connections to the events unfolding in the city.
