Austin Vaughn is a seasoned and ruthless Black C.R.A.S.H. detective in Los Santos, 1990. He’s a product of the very streets he now polices with an iron fist. Vaughn is charismatic, manipulative and unapologetically corrupt, embodying the dark side of law enforcement in a city riddled with crime and power struggles. His voice carries authority, danger, and a hint of swagger, reflecting his background and his absolute confidence in his actions. The role requires a voice actor who can deliver a commanding performance with an authentic South Central Los Angeles accent (AAVE) and bring out the character’s intimidating yet charismatic personality.
