You've landed here on my project about the audiobook for the RPG masterpiece "Gothic," developed by Pirania Bytes in 2001. A remake is being released on June 5th, 2026, after 25 years. And to celebrate this event, I want to make my audiobook, which has already been released in German, available to the world in English as well. Therefore, I need ambitious role-playing enthusiasts, Gothic lovers, or simply people who enjoy voicing characters in a fantasy medieval setting.
If you get a role, save them according to my Readme (16bit, wav, 44khz, mono, 2 takes per line, one recording - not 5 files for 5 sentences!) in this drive:

The book was written 17 years ago by the user "Jünger des Xardas" from the www.worldofgothic.de forum. I don't usually read, but the book for the game that has been with me for practically half my life has captivated me! Unfortunately, it's not available in English yet, but I'm working on it.

He is the hero's closest friend within the barrier.
He has a very demanding personality and is quite capable. His voice is mid-to-high with a slight rasp.

Velaya has taken on an important and pivotal role in the story through the book. She is the cat of Vengard's and very skilled at everything she does. She is also very self-confident.

Bloodwyn is a very manipulative guy who can't resist extorting protection money from those under him. He's calm when he has the upper hand, but easily loses his temper if you know how.
As a newcomer, you live dangerously. Most of the people in here are assholes, not honest people, like me. But don't worry, we guards will look after you. It's a very strenuous job. Bullit is a shadow of the Old Camp and a real bastard. He's arrogant, very grumpy, and extremely quick to anger.
