Project Overview
GHOST HUNTER YORU is an indie horror pixelated RPG. Please note that due to it being a horror game it includes darker themes.
You must be 15+ years old to audition due to the darker themes.
There will be multiple waves where I add more characters.
Fujisawa Yoru is a ghost hunting streamer that's always called a “phony“ for not finding anything and not even trying to fake anything. Yoru really believes ghosts are real so she continues to stream herself trying to find them.
In the game, you will explore the vast underworld and try to find your way out.
About the voice over:
I will be using pixel voices similar to what they have in Undertale created from the voices of the chosen VAs. Just for clarification: Pixel voices are made manually by cutting up audio, it is not AI. This project is strictly anti-AI.
Payments:
The amounts listed are the total payment for the role. I will try to get whatever payment app the VAs have for payments. If you are unable to receive monetary payments, you can choose to be paid in Discord Nitro or Discord profile decor.
Requirements:
Have a working mic.
Have little to no background noise.
No AI or voice changers.
Have Discord and include your username in your audition. If you do not put your Discord username in your audition’s description you will be automatically dismissed.
Aaand most importantly: Be nice.
Feel free to audition for as many characters as you want. There is no limit on how many characters you can audition for, but you will very likely only be cast as one.

You may have noticed that there's another casting call for this game. I used to want it to be a fully voiced visual novel, but I decided to make it an RPG instead. Multiple characters have had their names and other information changed for various reasons.

Casting won’t be at the audition deadline.
I’m only going to cast when the voices are needed as I have realized I made this casting call way too early. The casting call will be closed after the deadline and I will be making a new casting call to get VAs for the main trio for promotional works.

I just realized that I had originally forgotten to add a role for Cyanotic. I just added him so feel free to audition if you want to.
Note: Cyanotic has a child-like voice so please don't audition for him if your voice is very low. (I got too many of these auditions on the last casting call)
