Hiya everyone! I'm a almost high school graduate who loves anime and wants to make an abridged series. I really liked the anime Gamers! So, I thought that would be a great place to start!
The video above is a bit of a preview so everyone could see where I was going quality-wise and somewhat humor-wise. Due to me being very garbage at impressions, there's no way I can do it all on my own. Everything after the preview video ends is where other VA's are needed.
Like I said, this is mostly just for fun and entertainment purposes (and who knows, you might learn something along the way). Therefore, I'm not gonna be extremely harsh or picky when it comes to requirements, but there are somethings I would prefer...
When it comes to what I'm looking for in voice acting for characters, you don't have to be talented in the least. Just try to say your lines with emotion, enthusiasm, and everything will be swell.
As for communication, I would like to hit you up through email or Discord, whichever one is more comfortable for you! And don't worry, I'm an introvert and have struggled with social anxiety before. If you don't want to directly talk to me or any of your cast mates through voice chat, that's completely A-ok! I'm perfectly fine just communicating with you through messages and you could just send recordings over. See? Problem solved! You as a valued voice actor should feel as comfortable as possible.
One more thing I should mention: Gamers! is already a goofy, hilarious, and sometimes random anime. The point of an abridged series (in my eyes) is to take an animation, twist it the way you want it, then try and make it even more entertaining than the original. That being said, the humor and goofiness that I include in the script might go past boundaries for some people and as I've mentioned before, the last thing I'd want to do is to make you say something you're uncomfortable with. I'm perfectly fine with revising the script and making changes based on your opinions. But, I will still mention...

ANIME DESCRIPTION
Keita Amano is a typical high school gamer living out an average student's life. One day, however, he has an unexpected meeting with the cutest girl in school that makes him want to disappear without a trace!
This girl, Karen Tendou, is an exemplary student who is proclaimed to be the school's idol. She discovers that Amano is a gamer, and this newfound knowledge incites a passionate desire within her to recruit him into the game club. Upon visiting the club, Amano is forcefully made aware of a side to gaming wildly different than the one he loves so dearly.
Tendou's interest in Amano begins shaking up what was once an uneventful life, filling it with spontaneity, awkwardness, and a little bit of mayhem. As a result, every day becomes a comical battle for Amano's sanity as he tries to adapt to these wild, unexpected changes.
Tendou is intelligent, studying hard in school and earning top marks as a result. Due to her beauty, she also has a charming personality and is treated like an idol. She is kind and well-mannered, and she is willing to help others, especially her teachers and friends, in times of need. She is also very athletic, having managed to reach 100m in just 12.30 seconds on a sprint, thanks to her daily exercises in the morning. She also takes time to properly reject those who have confessed their feelings to her and tries not to truly hurt them.
While she is the darling of the school because of these traits, she loves playing video games so much that she is the president of the school's Game Club. She has a competitive spirit, taking every game she plays seriously.

As he lost his memory, not much is known about Eiichi's true personality but he has mentioned that he enjoys puzzle game as it gives him glimpses of his past. As a result, he is never seen playing any games besides puzzles but is actually good at them once he tries. He is a kindhearted person.

I've never played an FPS before but I will say that destroying all those bots... *intake of breath* definitely scratched an itch.
He gets serious when it comes to FPS games. His attitude when playing these games made him one of the top FPS players of the world, which shows he has great determination and doesn't let anything distract him.

Aguri tends to be clingy, especially towards Tasuku though this is because he now spends his time hanging out with others. She is somewhat of a crybaby and gets easily jealous, as seen when she saw Tasuku interacting with other girls like Karen or Chiaki.

Chiaki is a shy girl and very reclusive. She did not seem to care about her looks at first until Keita and Tasuku came into her life. She did not socialize much and mostly preferred to play games on her own. Though she and Keita got along at first, as they both enjoyed playing games. Their opposing views on games caused them bicker over something pointless.

Keita performs averagely at school. He loves to play video games for the sake of fun and enjoyment. He plays so much that even at school, he still plays RPG games on his smartphone, giving him no time to make friends with others. Due to this, he develops an inferiority complex in which he finds it hard to interact with other people properly. This somewhat gives the impression that he looks down on others since he barely talks to anyone in his class and keeps to himself.
