Full Cast Audio Book - Major, Supporting and Extras

Project Overview

Hey It's Jali Entertainment is casting for our full cast audio book, from The Veiled Monarch novel that was released in March of 2020. The Veiled Monarch audio book is going to be made available on audio book platforms, including Audible. 

We are casting for a variety of characters, with all age ranges, genders and voices. 

This project will be a large undertaking. Some characters will have a large number of lines.

Requirements: 

1. You must be 18 or over. 

2. Access to Discord is preferred. Not required. 

3. Your audio quality must be superb. You will be required to record in ACX standard. Make sure your audition reflects your ability to do that. 

4. Commit to your role and keep the deadlines. Those who are unable to keep deadlines without communication will be promptly removed and the role recast. 

5. Take direction and feedback well.

  • Second round coming

    Hello everyone! Thanks for your interest in The Veiled Monarch audiobook! We have had enough time to go through the first round of auditions. Some parts have already been cast. This week, we are going to look at the reads that have been shortlisted and we will be casting those parts. Once those parts are cast, scripts will be handed out. For those of you who have a larger role, your script will be the entire audio book. It is a full length novel and a large script. The rest of you will have excerpts of the audio book with your part in it. Thanks again for your interest in The Veiled Monarch!

Blue hair, multiple piercings, and prefers a band shirt and shorts over dresses. She's a laid back motorcycle rider who ends up becoming a very important part of the story. 

  • "Wait! Moretti? You're Vince Moretti's son? That is so cool. You must have so much money. What do you drive? I'll bet it's something nice!" 

  • "I'm sorry that's how you feel, Vince. But, I'm not here to see you. I'm here to see Leo. I know you're trying to scare me, but it won't work." 

  • "Mom!? Mom!? Dad! Mom is missing! Call Isaac! We need help!"
