This was a female child in the episode that bore a suspicious resemblance to Minky Momo, a popular magical girl character from the 80s the time period Hokuto No Ken or Fist of The North Star came out in so as such I will be casting her voice based on the voice Harmony Gold gave Momo in their dub. A guy who only exists to be stabbed by Bella, speak a bit, and grunt. (So Cannon Fodder in a way) I'd recommend a gruff thuggish voice for the character. (Note I have given notes on how I want the lines delivered because I might use the audition audio for the final draft depending on how well it matches the footage)
