FEMALE EXTRA VOICES NEEDED FOR Transformers IDW Comic Dub!
Project Overview
Hey everyone! Just putting up a small casting call for two female characters a new Transformers IDW Comic Dub Excerpt! This is for a short excerpt for the Transformers: Rise of the Decepticons Issue #24, so I'm just rolling with it because it's another source for me to practice my Wheeljack voice!
I'd love to get the opportunity to work with new folks however, even if it is for two small roles here, they are both for female Transformers characters, Termagax and Lancer. You can view their lines and extra details below!
HERE IS THE WEBSITE WITH THE FIVE PANEL PREVIEW, you can use these to refer to for your auditions! AUG200533 - TRANSFORMERS #24 CVR A MCGUIRE-SMITH - Previews World

In this short excerpt I'm making, Lancer only has one line, so I will just be using your audition line as the final take. I don't have any particular voice I'm looking for, I'm unsure on whether I'd like her to have an English accent or not, give it a whirl! I'd like a take with no accent, and then one with one if possible.
I've provided Wheeljack's line before Lancer speaks, just for context!
Lancer was an energon engineer who worked on the Winged Moon under Wheeljack's command. While investigating possible sabotage, she was present when Vigilem attacked and severed the Tether that connected the moon to Cybertron, which sent the moon itself spinning off into an unstable solar orbit.
Wheeljack: "You really didn't have to stay, Lancer, it's pure bad luck you were here when we lost the tether..."
Lancer: "If I was you, Wheeljack, I'd call it GOOD luck that you had one of the most qualified Energon technologists up here at the time.*soft grunting noise for turning the valve on the third page*
For Termagax, I definitely feel like it should be on the deeper side, a good reference to use might be Strongarm's voice from the 2015 Transformers RiD show- I'm not looking for an impression mind you, but something around that tone, perhaps a slight bit deeper. All of her lines conversing with Wheeljack are on the last panel in the website I provided in this casting call's description!
Termagax used to be a major player in Cybertronian society. An accomplished bot-of-all-trades, the scientist, philosopher, teacher, engineer, and historian took a keen interest in the development of Cybertron, and its newest members, encouraging her students to forge their own future, regardless of fear. However, that brilliant mind has its flaws. While driven and passionate, she is often blunt or just outright rude with those around her, has little or no ability to handle dissenting opinions, however mild, and severe difficulty understanding the minds of others. From her point of view, she is surrounded by people who simply cannot see how right she is about everything. This has resulted in her becoming a bitter, anti-social recluse, quite content to ignore and be ignored by the outside world, unconcerned as to the civilization she once tried to shape, and the monsters she has helped create
(I believe this line is picking up from a statement she was already saying on a previous page, since this issue is a preview, I couldn't find it, but that's for the context of delivery at least)
"...No matter how beautiful the solutions those things can provide sometimes are."
Wheeljack: "But politics... feels like an uphill drive, given how long the Autobots have been in power."
Termagax: "It's just another problem to be solved. It requires different tools, but with the right energy, and thought, who knows?"
"Good... what do you think of the name "Ascenticons"?
