Project Overview
"The Partisan" is a mod introducing a mysterious figure, the Partisan, that the player will have to hunt down across the Mojave. An Anti-NCR terrorist and activist with ties to the Enclave, "The Partisan" is now a important actor in the Mojave, worshipped by the Vipers and revered by all those who seek to resist the NCR imperialism, prompting the Rangers to launch a manhunt.
The Mod will include a hunt/seek clues then kill quest, with the possibility to end the legacy of "The Partisan" for good, take his Mantle, or recruit him as a compagnion (third possibility not confirmed)

"The Watcher" is a hobo/drunkard/vagrant located near the NCR embassy, watching carefully who enter and who exit the NCR's building. Now that the hunt for "The Partisan" has attracted so many bounty hunters, he now has scores of infos about the backstories of each hunters to share with the player...for a caps or two. Age, gender, and specifities can be modded after the voiceactor

You will be tasked to create compelling background lore through notes for many of the characters, including Vipers and the Partisan himself. Required: having worked on New Vegas or Fallout 3 mods

Multiple world builders needed to create and /or arrange four different worldplaces the mod will need to come to completion. Include an already laid campsite to improve, and already laid mountain radio camp to improve, a large bunker, and a small Ranger station. Only requirement is to have some experience in modding and to know how to use the GECK to create maps and arrange locations.
