EPIC: The Threat ~ An EPIC Afterstory
Project Overview
Hello!
This is my first ever project, so, pardon me if I make any mistakes.
This is a story I have been working on, based off of "EPIC: The Musical" created by Jorge Rivera-Herrans.
The story takes place months after Odysseus returns home. I have included my OCs/own characters within it, considering I wish to share some of my ideas with others for entertainment <3.

"A fanmade EPIC story that takes place after the main events of the musical! This includes my own characters, which I will explore more into who they are as time goes on.

Odysseus has returned home to his wife, son, and daughter. Still baring the scars of the past, and the pain that not only him, but everyone has, they hope to just live normally again... grow their bonds.
Yet, a threat that is too old for mortals to recount, a threat that only gods and goddesses like know.
Old enemies rejoin the fray, and familiar and unfamiliar characters appear. Smaller roles play bigger roles here. We will deep dive into characters changing, how I portray some of the characters, and show you my own characters that I have created!"

Odysseus is the King of Ithaca, the man that took ten years at war and ten years getting home to his island.
He is the husband of Penelope, and the father of Telemachus and, in this AU/Story's case, Kaliza.
He is haunted by the losses he has had and the death he has seen. The troubling sacrifices he had to make, the hardships he endured. In both war and merely the journey home. Those that bother him the most was his best friend Polites, his second-in-command Eurylochus, and his mother Anticlea...
I am looking for a soft but firm male to play Odysseus, who can be emotional but cold in certain situations. Someone who can manage a fatherly man who has been traumatized for so very long. Displaying his "Monster" side and his gentle husband side.

(To Athena.) "Say, Athena?— Lady Athena. What if... you stayed? Just for dinner. You are always welcome, do you know that?"
The Queen of Ithaca, mother of Telemachus and, in this story/AU, Kaliza. Wife of Odysseus.
Penelope is the very queen that Odysseus spent so long to get back to. She held her ground against those that tried for her hand, and raised her two children on her own. Even if one child hadn't exactly been planned, she is still a mother two them both.
I am looking for a motherly voice
that can still command a room, be formal, and be firm. Gentle to most and kind when need be. Especially those of her family.

"You will not disrespect me, nor my son and daughter, again. This is not how it was before. You will do well to remember that."
The prince of Ithaca, son of Penelope and Odysseus, older brother of Kaliza.
Telemachus is the Ithacan prince we all know and love, one of the family members that Odysseus tried so long to get back to.
Telemachus is the more adventurous, carefree, and almost reminiscent sibling. All the while being fierce, brave, and being in the protective older brother role. Despite how... almost hyper he can be, he is helpful and gentle to those he cares for. Kaliza usually only speaks to him about certain personal problems or other subjects.
I am looking for a younger male voice to play Telemachus, and someone who can portray his soft but ambitious, fierce but caring, brotherly personality.

(To Kaliza, through door) "Oh, uh, right!... it might be best that you see to making it to the dining hall. Mother wishes for us to help around the palace in place of Lily and Euryhan."
(To Kaliza) "You used to fix my hair into the strangest looks, sis." — "Oh, come on! Those were fun days!"
A loyal royal guard of the Ithacan family, alongside being the loving husband of Lily and the father of Eirene.
Euryhan is one of the most notable characters later on in the story. He is often seen as that stern and firm, with that usual "guard persona" if you will. However, underneath it all, he is actually quite helpful, and much more gentle than he first appears. Of course, being a husband and father, he can be rather protective over his family, and can be cold against those who threaten them.
All the while, he is a valued guard of the royal family, almost being considered a full friend of them.
I am looking for an older sounding male to play the role of Euryhan! Someone that can be calm and level-headed, but quick to snap and just as quick to act if the conditions turn downhill. As well as having that fatherly tone about him.

(To Lily) "Lily, love, relax... I will /never/ let anything happen to you, or anyone else."
"You touch them?... you will not be lasting much longer."
A loyal and kind servant of the royal family. Mother of Eirene and wife of Euryhan, best friend of princess Kaliza.
Lily is a very gentle and open sort of servant in the palace. Always willing to listen and help others in the best ways she may be able to. She's a year or so older than Kaliza, making her 20-21 years of age, and she often is seen as that mother figure to most people.
She can be rather mischievous and playful, while remaining mostly sweet to everyone. She's as clever as she is soft. However, if there's a necessary time for it, she can be rather hateful and cold.
I'm looking either a younger adult female, or for a subtly older sounding adult female sounding voice to play the role of Lily! Some things to note are stated right in her description, like the others. I want a variety for this one <3.

The god of thieves, messages, and more. The escorter of souls to the Underworld, and grandfather of Odysseus.
If you have seen EPIC... you know how Hermes is! He's chaotic, energetic, happy, fashionable and fast. In this story, he tends to have a dislike for Apollo... and can be snappy or, as odd as it may sound, genuinely angry. He is still a god... people forget to keep that in mind.
Also in this story, he has split feelings for Tiresias, the prophet of the Underworld. And Nymphadora, an OC of mine that you will later be seeing, and get some information on!
I am looking for a younger male sounding voice that can, perhaps, do a slight British sounding accent? FYI, it's not mandatory! I am also looking for someone that can be almost hyper but casual, and sharp and serious. All depending on the scene.

The goddess of wisdom, master of war. Previous mentor and old friend of Odysseus, and current mentor of Telemachus and Kaliza.
Athena is, as stated, the goddess of wisdom. She is more relaxed and composed, but at times, has more of an emotional side that shows. Mostly revealing in front of those she truly shows care of likeness for.
Despite it all, she is very serious. Focused and cold when times show it is needed. She is no friendly goddess all of the time, and is definitely one of the more stern ones. She has quite the dislike for Ares, as expected by some past events in Greek Mythology.
I am looking for an older or younger adult female sounding voice to play Athena. I was wanting more variety on her <3. Someone that can share authority and emotion in equal ways.
