Originally posing as Earth's greatest superhero, he was secretly an advance scout for an intergalactic, imperialistic alien empire. The "Error Macro" Myth: Ermac originally began as a legendary urban legend in the original 1992 Mortal Kombat game. The name comes from a diagnostics menu that displayed "Error Macro" as ERMACS. Fans believed it was a hidden character, prompting Midway Games to make him officially playable in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
Backstory: Originally serving as a mindless enforcer for Outworld ruler Shao Kahn, Ermac's souls were later freed, allowing him to adopt a heroic role and assist characters like Liu Kang.

Thrax is the primary antagonist in the 2001 Warner Bros. animated film Osmosis Jones. Voiced by Laurence Fishburne, he is an incredibly deadly, charismatic, and sadistic virus determined to kill his human host (Frank) to break the record for the fastest cellular destruction in medical history.
Appearance & Abilities
Look: A tall, slender humanoid virus with red skin, purple tentacle-like dreadlocks, yellow eyes, and sharp fangs. He dresses in a stylish black trench coat, turtleneck, and dark sunglasses.
Weaponry: His left index finger ends in a long, glowing orange claw that instantly incinerates or disintegrates any living cell it touches.
Tactics: Instead of swarming the body, he secretly targets the brain to spike the host's body temperature to fatal levels, earning him the nickname "La Muerte Roja" (The Red Death).
Personality
Cruel and boastful, he treats his victims as hunting trophies, proudly collecting a literal chain of DNA links from those he has successfully terminated.
