Eden's Log: Pilot
Project Overview
An experimental radio drama running parallel to a book currently being developed. This is all being done as a passion project and to develop artistic skills! All creative feedback and/or contribution is welcomed, even if there is no specific role listed.
Summary
This script serves as Eden's personal log and confessional.
Within this story, the world undergoes "resets", where time will jump back 5 to 10 minutes before it hit. This causes people to lose memories, and if someone has been forgotten by everyone around them, they become highly unstable and lose their sense of self. They begin to roam the country, desperate for someone to remember them.
Eden has experience with these creatures, and tries to shield her loved ones from them the best she can. However, this changes as she meets Folke, someone with all the signs of someone fading away. Deperate to keep everyone safe, she hides her past before the consequences catch up and she is forced to flee town with a ragtag group of strangers and one very confused Folke.
Throughout the story, Eden's log starts to become more of a way to remember what happened before the resets and acts as a failsafe to not forget those close to her.

Auditions Closed
Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for all the submissions - the deadline has now passed and auditions are closed while we go through everything and choose VAs and writers.
Final announcements should be on the 17th, 18th for beta writers because of the amount of content to read through.
Once again, for more consistent updates feel free to join the server below. There will be more roles to apply for and even if not chosen, input through the server is always encouraged and welcomed - you never know what might come from it :)

- This plot runs parallel to the book she features in as a side character and is an experimental pilot.

- Disclaimer: He has exactly one line in the pilot because of the late introduction. However, as the series goes on he gets a whole lot more!
- Darryl is a tired old man at heart (and in body depending on who you ask). On the run and hunkering down in the countryside, he slowly becomes begrudginly fond of the ragtag group he's been forced to flee with.
- Speaks fluent English and German, basic knowledge of German would be great just to get the pronunciation of some words. If not, then I can also help or give pointers :)

- This is still a little more experimental - Folke is mute! Due to her damaged larynx she struggles to speak! I'm still working on a way of having her dialogue audible in a way that makes sense, and any attempts or ideas are very appreciated!
- Folke is constantly curious about who she really is - her heart won't beat and she keeps seeing creatures in the shadows. Eden is also being cagey around her, and she keeps dodging questions. Now, she is heavily sarcastic but still deeply seeks validation from those she loves.

We are looking for a second sound designer to help support our current one! This role includes:
- Finding and adding sound effects (descriptions and ideas provided)
- Polishing submitted lines (popping, sharpness)
- Possible foley; creation of effects (rarely)
We have a paid subscription to Artlist, which provides high-quality stock effects. All audio editing is done in Audacity.
