Echos of a Siren
Project Overview
Welcome! This project is a fun, long-term, creative collaboration for a weekly/biweekly Instagram Reels and TikTok series documenting the life of Siren, an upcoming service dog prospect.
Inspired by classic animal voiceover internet series like Talking Kitty Cats and the old "Dog With a Blog" Disney channel show, this series takes a unique twist as it is filmed and framed entirely as Siren’s personal video blog. Instead of using generic AI text-to-speech, I want to feature real, passionate voice talent to give Siren a soulful, distinct, and hilarious personality.
We will watch her see the world, tackle puppy socialization, and undergo her advanced service dog training entirely from her perspective.
What to Expect-
Platform: Instagram Reels & TikTok
Pacing: 1 voiceover/episode Weekly or biweekly (depending on training milestones).
Length: Short, punchy clips ranging from 10 to 30 seconds.
The Twist: Siren is growing! As she ages from an 8-week-old puppy into a fully trained adult working dog, her voice will progressively mature with her.
This is a volunteer project perfect for a beginner voice actor looking to:
Build up a solid, long-term portfolio piece.
Practice character voice progression over time.
Gain exposure on social media as the page grows.
I am looking for a reliable, enthusiastic collaborator who has a decent microphone setup and is excited to stay on board as Siren grows up.
Scripts will be provided ahead of time, and I am highly flexible with recording turnaround times to respect your schedule!
Voice Actor
🌟 Star of the show.
Siren is a brilliant upcoming service dog prospect who treats her daily life like a high-production internet vlog. She fully believes she is the smartest, coolest, and most professional puppy on the planet. However, she is still a clumsy, chaotic baby who gets distracted by her own tail.

Hey guys, it’s Siren! Welcome to my official vlog. Let me tell you all about day one with my new mommy. (Direction: Bright, energetic, and highly confident)
So first thing early this morning, mommy took me out for a potty break. Then we had a mini play session! (Direction: Happy and fast-paced, matching the energy of a puppy playing)
But then... back to the crate. She says she has to go to work or something? Honestly, I don't know what that means. But I guess a future service dog needs her beauty rest! (Direction: Start off a bit disappointed/confused about the crate, then pivot back into her classic, overly confident 'professional' tone for the final sentence.)
Writer
I am looking for a creative writer to help me brainstorm and draft weekly/biweekly 10-to-30-second scripts for Siren’s social media vlogs. You will be helping to craft short, punchy, observational humor from a puppy’s perspective as she navigates potty training, crate training, socialization, and service dog tasks. I will provide the raw real life scenarios, and we will work together to flip it into a hilarious, high energy vlog script for our voice actor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a beginner comedy writer, social media content creator, or creative writer looking to see their scripts fully produced with voice talent and real video footage!
