Project Overview
Hello, welcome to Echoes! This is an animated project I am starting. I’m a 17 year old creator with big dreams and a head full of ideas. My goal is to see my story come fully to life. Many more roles will be available as time goes on so be sure to check back from time to time.
Echoes is a story set in a futuristic world. In this world, there is an institution that heavily controls allowed information in society. But there’s one piece of information they never let out.
Magic doesn’t exist anymore. But sometimes, if you look very closely, you can find it in the cracks. In the girl who’s just a bit to breathtakingly beautiful. In the boy who always feels a storm coming. Your friend whose eyes light up just a tiny bit too much when they’re excited.
This is the story of three teenagers and their quest to find out the truth about this world. A missing friend and a world full of lies fuels their quest forward.
Help me bring my si-fi adventure to life. Not all of this project is completely fleshed out so writers will have a decent amount of creative control. There is a section for VA’S to apply for miscellaneous rolls. I want everyone who can to audition for this and I will add you to the server. As more characters are added to the project, I’ll have you as extras and side characters.
Also, I NEED ARTISTS NOW to help me create the profile pictures for the audition page and such, I don’t trust myself to do this (I’m okay at drawing but I’d rather have higher quality pictures)
Please include your discord @ in your audition so that I can add you to the server if you make it (You probably will) Artists/animators please include examples of your work and art style in your audition. Artists writers and musicians will all be automatically added to the discord. Voice actors, I will wait for the auditions to come in so I have some choice. I’m so excited to start working on this project with you all!

I will need several animators to help take part in animating this series. Should be done in 2D animation. Also may double as artists depending on how many people apply.

1-2 concept artists to help me translate my ideas to the creators (you can also be an animator, in fact, it’s preferred you have skills in both) You’ll help me craft thumbnails and turn my descriptions of the characters in my head into reality.

I will not be writing the whole script mainly giving you the main plot points. Your job will be to script the actual scenes.

One individual needs to be able to compose music and record it for me. Ideally, I want background ambient sounds, probably played on synth, cinematic type stuff, but much creative control will be left up to you.

The lead role- an outgoing African American girl who lives in this si-fi world. Not exactly a goody two shoes, but a kind soul who doesn’t want to cause problems for others. She used to do martial arts and is a very active. Please have a decent microphone and record the lines in a quiet environment.

A sarcastic rebelious teen. He loves to make people laugh but is also a bit of a delinquent. Enjoys messing with people especially Auggie. To many adults he seems like someone who only wants to cause problems, but he’s really just a hurt boy who cares deeply for those he loves.

A quiet, sarcastic nerd. Very closed off to everyone else and doesn’t like talking about himself much. Protective over Emma as it has just been the two of them for a long time. Very smart and logic driven.

I’ll actually be doing a lot of this, but your job is essentially to help me with editing and directing. You’ll be my right hand.

PLEASE APPLY FOR THIS!!! There will be many other characters made along the way so by putting in for this now you have a much higher chance of making an audition later in the discord for another side characters.
I don’t even care what you say in the audition just yap a bit. The only people I’ll reject are people with bad sound quality.
