In the year 21XX, life is rather different. When the Earth got to polluted and barren, humanities last hope was to build over it to create a better and prettier world. But only the wealthy could afford the move up to the top. Those on the bottom were left with very little to support themselves. But now, a few generations later, a group of teens are ready to fight for their right to a better life.
