DRAGON BALL GT: THE ABRIDGED SERIES
A new episode of Dragon Ball GT: The Abridged Series is in the works, and we need voice actors!
DigitalZombieStudios is making a resurgence! And this time, we're tackling 'Dragon Ball GT'. Please read the requirements below before auditioning.
REQUIREMENTS/THINGS TO NOTE
- This project is just for fun and therefore is non-paid. Please keep this in mind before auditioning
-XLR microphones are required. Any obvious sounding non-XLR auditions will be ignored. It's nothing personal, we just want the best sounding actors for our project.
- This is Dragon Ball, so there is bound to be a lot of screaming! Take a look at the role you're auditioning for to see if there will be any heavy yelling involved.
- Read each line to the best of your ability with 3 takes per line. No more is necessary.
- The current plan is to do multiple episodes. So if you are cast, please be available to reprise your role in future episodes of the series.
- A discord account is required for easy communication between actor and director.
- Must be open to live direction.
- Must be okay to swear. If you are young and can't swear, auditioning isn't recommended.
- We aren't looking for any TeamFourStar impressions for this project, as this is a completely different parody series.
- Some characters may be missing because some roles have been cast to offsite actors. (Such as Trunks, Kid Goku, etc.)
- If you wish to have feedback, please specify so with your audition comment. Otherwise feedback may not be given.

Reminder About Mic Quality
Hey everyone, I wanna thank you all so far for the auditions, keep them coming! Please be sure to read the description and requirements before auditioning. We cannot stress this enough. I understand that not having an XLR microphone means that some of you may not be able to audition, but this is what we require for our project. We want the highest quality that we can achieve. It is very easy to tell the difference between a USB microphone, or a mid-to-high-quality XLR microphone.

Don Key is the first "villain" of the show, but still takes somewhat of a backseat compared to the rest of the bad guys. He's a pompous dictator and ambassador for "McDonKeealds". our parody of McDonalds. For the voice, think of your generic, snobby rich guy. He's a tad flamboyant as well. We want him to sound as similar as possible to the funimation dub voice.
