Project Overview
The Doctor suddenly finds himself in the magical land of Equestria and soon discovers that he's regenerated into a pony. As Twilight Sparkle tries to learn more about the Doctor with the help of Spike and Princess Luna, a creature from the Doctor's past arrives in Ponyville with evil intentions.
Hello everyone! So, I am the SoulboundAlchemist, and as you can see, I have put out a casting call for the first episode of my Doctor Whooves audio drama. Now, a number these roles will be permanent roles, as a number of the characters will return in future episodes. These permanent roles will be marked, so don't audition for them unless you are absolutely certain you can commit to it.

The Dalek is an immensly dangerous killing machine. It is a mutated organism that pilots a suit of armor that looks a lot like a salt/pepper pot. The voice I'm looking for for this role is quite simple, a robot voice that sounds very sinister and evil. Go check a video of the Daleks on YouTube for a good example.

Mrs. Cake is the co-owner of Sugarcube Corner (a bakery and sweetshop in Ponyville) alongside her husband Mr. Cake. She is 28? With a sweet voice, but not too sweet, we don't want her to come off as creepy.

A simple milk merchant, Oak Ridge is a gruff pony who is aged 35 on his way to Ponyville, when he encounters something odd? His voice Type is gruff, deep and gravely
Ugh, stupid road! Those Ponyville folks really need to improve their roads into and out of town.
The only doctors I know are Ginger Coat and my own just a few miles back. She’s named Amber Cross
The Mysterious Narrator appears at the beginning of each episode, giving the title of the episode, as well as a creepy and prophetic rhyme at the beginning and end of each episode.

Derpy Hooves is a 25 year old, grey, wall-eyed, pegasus mail-mare. She delivers the mail, and harbours a dangerous secret. She has a high but sweet voice.
I’m fine. Might need a muffin later.
I don’t know, he’s new in town. He likes muffins too.
Pinkie Pie is one of the most hyper mares you'll ever meet! This 18 year old insists on throwing a party for every new pony in Ponyville, and is one of the most random ponies you'll ever meet. She has a high and very bubbly voice.
OO, OO, maybe its a party! But why wouldn't they invite me?
Mayor Mare is the 45 year old mayor of Ponyville. What more do you need to know? That being said, make sure her voice is authoritative and polatician sounding.
Be careful up there! We don’t need another hole in the roof!

Future Wonderbolt, currently a weather mare, this 17 year old may have one of the biggest egos in Ponyville, but she never leaves her friends hanging. (Ego will not be obvious in the first episode). Rainbow Dash's voice is a tomboy voice, what more can be said?

The ruler of all Equestria, she raises and lowers the sun, ruling alongside her sister, Luna. Celestia should have a regal, yet somewhat motherly voice.
[tone of sorrow] I……I’m sorry, Luna. If only things had went differently…
Strange, I think I’ve seen you somewhere before… yet you haven’t seemed to age at all…
Matilda is a mysterious mare who has ties to the Doctor's future. (Think River Song from Doctor Who from season 4 onwards, but as a pony). Her voice should be lower and , a little sexy, but miniscule at best, like River Song's voice.
Don’t worry about dear Twilight or the Doctor. You’ll see them again soon. In fact, I only just got back from seeing them.

Twilight Sparkle is the student of Princess Celestia, librarian of the Ponyville Library, and initial companion of the Doctor? She is 19 years old, inquisitive, and friendly. Her voice should reflect this.
Nevermind that, Spike! Princess Luna is coming [pause for a second] and this place is a disaster!
That’s just it, Spike, I didn’t! Lets see… [sound of magic and rustling paper] I have received your notice and shall be visiting your residence at the time you requested? I never sent Princess Luna a notice!
Cloud Kicker is a weather pony of 25 who works alongside Rainbow Dash. His voice is deep. If you've played either The World Ends With You, or Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, try to imitate the character Beat's voice.

Assistant to Twilight Sparkle, he is a small purple and green dragon, who, although he jumps to conclusions a lot, is quite level headed and realistic for being a baby dragon. Spike's voice is child-like, but a bit lower than your average child's voice.

We tried everything both magical and physical, but it just won’t open! I assume there’s an extremely powerful curse on it!
The Doctor is a character that has an unpredictable, affable, and clownish exterior concealing a well of great age, wisdom, seriousness, and even darkness. That being said, the Doctor's voice must reflect these traits, while being a unique and brand new incarnation of the Doctor. However, his voice must have a british accent.
