Doctor Who: Alien Matters
Project Overview
Hey, there.
At the moment, I'm currently looking for anybody who'd be interested in taking part in a Doctor Who audio story I've written and am producing.
Here is the synopsis:
The Doctor and Clara have landed in the suburban fringe of the New York metropolis. Only a few moments after their coming, they are forced to scarper through the streets, away from gangsters wielding highly anachronistic weaponry. The travellers soon land into the custody of the police, whom they offer to aid in uncovering the truth behind a succession of kidnappings, strongly suspected to be the doing of the gangsters.
What possible epiphanies can a scorch mark provide? One that an abnormal alien presence is nearby, recruiting societal scum to serve their demented purpose…

This man, a crony of the villains of the story, is focused and composed with regards to his tasks, and he shows confidence through his shady calmness and the way he applies himself. I’m a bit more lenient on these characters’ lines being delivered with a stereotypical tone, as they don’t have much dialogue. But please, this leniency is minimal – please don’t make it sound clownishly cliche!
None of your business, Marshall. Now shut it.
For the last time Marshall, shut it. The girl's doing the right thing, why can't you?

Hands behind your heads. Now.

Come on! (forcing someone to do something)
Oh, we've got a backchatter here, huh?
Just a police officer on patrol.
We're closing in on the factory. We'll be there in under a minute. Over.
An intelligent and generally composed police officer.
What the hell?
How could someone even do this to a person?
