Hello! If you're here, then you love Disney. And if you love Disney, then this project is the one for you. Here we will be doing covers of every Disney song you can think of, literally. We will all suggest songs we want to cover and vote on them as a group. If it's a solo song you want to do, then do it! If it's a solo song you and somebody else wants to do, then make it a duet! Group songs, solos, duets, choral pieces, anything and everything Disney is up for grabs.
If you want to be a part of this group however, there are a few things we require of you:
1. Discord: This is the platform we will use to contact one another and share files and links, etc.
2. Singing experience: Whether in a choir or just at school or even just in your bedroom, it will make casting a whole lot easier if you have sung before, are able to hit pitches accurately and stay on pitch, have good vocal quality and health, and have a good sense of harmony and tempo. Just the basics of singing and making cover songs.
3. A clear microphone: The best covers have little to no background noise. It would also help your chances of getting cast if you have a pop filter or know how to avoid popping the microphone, can edit your audio to sound the best with the background track, and are in a well sound-insulated room (Or at least edit it to sound as such)
4. Availability: This is a pretty relaxed project so you don't need to be around all the time, but for big choral songs like from The Hunchback of Notre Dame we need anyone and everyone we can get to be a part of the ensemble, and that includes you. this project isn't just so you can post a cover of you singing a song and then leave. If you want to do that, then upload a cover on your own channel. This is a team effort which includes constructive criticism and feedback and a willingness to help out on any song you're recruited for.
5. A good attitude: Have fun doing this project. It's Disney for goodness sakes, and being a scrooge about it will not do at all.
