Dear Pianist (gacha animated)
Project Overview
This is a story about a girl, Lyra, who likes to play the piano. Throughout the story, her close friends try to encourage her to get her works out there and to be known by the world. She meets the new foreign exchange student in the school, Aiko, and they end up becoming close. They bond over music and develop more of a relationship, but then things start to go downhill when Aiko gets sick and hospitalized.

She's the protag, an awkward high-school sophomore who loves music, specifically playing the piano. She has some friends, but not many. She also has a lot of self-doubt so you'll need to be able to make her sound sad and somewhat pathetic. She does stutter SOMETIMES, honestly very rarely as of now. Her voice is somewhat medium sounding, but she is 15 in high-school keep that in mind.
(Upset) " I don’t know why I’m talking about this with you. You know your purpose, you know what your future holds, and you know that you can hope for greatness and it will happen. But me? I’m just a nobody. Everybody knows your name, but hardly anybody knows mine. So why should I bother to hope for something great in my future if it’s just going to bring me despair. "
(Hesitant) " Emmy I.... *sigh* I don't have much hope for my future..."
(Playful, sassy) " Little girl? Who are you calling little girl? I’m 15 years old, I'll have you know."
Emmy's twin brother, the smarter one. He is 17, like her. He is kind most of the time, and he dresses like some rich kid (Sometimes he acts like he's rich too). He is gay so keep that in mind, and his voice is on the medium side.
" Remember Lyra (Lee-ruh), this is for her birthday so you have to keep it a secret."
(Remembering) " Ooh, yeah, my bag. Yeah, I left it in my 7th period class yesterday."
"Nah, it’s alright. I’ll manage any assignments I need to do when I get to class this morning. No big deal. "
A friend of Lyra's. He doesn't have many lines (yet??). He is trans-masc and this is more of the beginning of his transition so he may sound a bit more feminine. He is 16 years old
(Whispering in class) " I wish I could help you, but you write piano music. With no lyrics."
(Still whispering, defensive) " It’s not anything bad I swear, I didn’t mean it like that! I just mean, I only get inspiration by lyrics, but without that, writing music must be hard…"
A sweet girl who is perfect from the eyes of many. She is 16 years old and has a Russian accent <3. She won't have many lines

(Hyper, excited) "There’s a new student! Not just any new student though, a foreign exchange student! From Japan!"
(Curious) " None of that matters right now, I’m just so excited to meet her! I heard she’s very pretty. I wonder what things she likes. No no, I wonder what her voice sounds like. Ooh I wonder, I wonder."
Lyra's older brother who is trans masc. He is kind, and sometimes sassy when it comes to talking with Lyra. He plays the guitar so he shares some of Lyra's musical talents. He is 18 years old and his voice is about medium for an androgenous sounding voice

(Messing with Lyra) " Come on, it can’t be that hard to find something. Be honest, you’re just being picky."
(Kindly) "We were just walking around town. The weather was too nice today to pass up that opportunity":
"*chuckles* Haha, very funny. Yeah, not happening. Get in the back little girl."
15 year old girl who is a foreign exchange student from Japan. She is very friendly and has an upbeat personality. She later becomes close with Lyra in more than just friends, but that's for later ofc.
(Friendly, soft) "Hi, I am Hana Aiko, but please just call me Aiko. I am from Nagoya, Japan"
(Gushing) " Oh yes, I really like Saylor Davis. Her songs are so thoughtful, you know? They evoke strong emotions within a being, I don’t know how she does it!"
(Reminicent) " I used to play the piano too, but I was never really that good either. I never actually wrote my own pieces like you. "
A close friend of Lyra's (whom also lives with her), who is upbeat for the most part, and not the smartest. She's really hyper and quite childish for a 17 year old. Her voice I would say is medium-high or just high. Also, she does have some calmer moments with Lyra (Which one of those lines will be listed).
(Somewhat upset) "What do you mean you won’t get anywhere with this? Are you kidding? You can’t tell me you’re just writing these pieces for no reason besides yourself."
(Hyper) " I just want to see what you’ve been writing! You’re always jotting something down in this book and my curiosity just can’t take it anymore!"
(Whiny) " Maxx, you ask us this everyday and it’s the same answer every time, there’s literally no use in asking at this point."
Sibling to Maxxine, lives with her Lyra and the others. He is a rough looking and sounding dude, who is harsh and somewhat depressed. He's in a toxic relationship and he tends to take his frustration from that out on others. He is 20 years old and has a medium to deeper sounding voice. Won't have many lines
(Annoyed) "*Sigh* Yes, Emelia, I am sure. Why else would I be asking? I’m not stupid."
(Somewhat harsh) " Whatever. Don’t tell me then. I know damn well you know."
