This is an Original Mini-Movie.
BASIC INFORMATION
I am developing a new series that addresses issues in our current day. Each episode will be a different story (mini-movie) that covers a different situation/issue (anorexia, drugs, divorce, social anxiety, lgbtqia+ etc.) I understand the topics I wish to address are heavier, but I hope to spread awareness on various situations doing so with plots that captivate the audience. Each story will be separate with different characters; the only linking factor will be how the characters share their story. They do so on a website called “Dear Diary”. This website was developed to be a safe place to share one’s struggles along with meeting people they can relate to through experiences. Each story/episode will have 3-8 characters and will be produced via the game Royale High in ROBLOX.

EPISODE 3 DETAILS:
Topic - Social Anxiety
Characters needed: 2 female and 1 male
Description: A teenage girl who is navigating life as a high schooler also finds herself increasingly struggling with Social Anxiety. Year after year, she struggles more and more often confining herself in a bubble that consists of only her family and Mia, until one day, after breaking down, she stumbles upon a mysterious guy sitting in the library.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE AUDITIONING
This covers heavier topics - Each episode will have different auditions due to having separate stories (Please let me know if you want to voice act for multiple episodes/stories.)
If you are not cast for a character for this particular episode, I may reach out to you in case you would like to be part of a future episode.
MUST be ready to hand in lines by the DEADLINE
You must have a GOOD MICROPHONE for voice quality and no background noises
You may audition for MULTIPLE roles.
You must have a proper form of communication (Discord, Email, CCC) + Please provide them in your audition description.
PAYMENT:
I won't be paying the voice actors but I will be crediting them at the end of each episode and in the description. This series will be a great way to get yourself out there or practice for future roles.

Info: Blair is the main character of this episode and struggles with Social Anxiety, because of this she is often hyper aware of her surroundings and how people react to her actions and words in public. The only person she feels comfortable with besides her family, is her bestfriend Mia (who is practically family since they grew up together since birth).

Personality: Timid, anxious, caring, smart
Age: 16-17 years old

(anxious & overthinking) As I stepped into my class, I froze as I saw almost everybody was seated. Am I late? Is there a seating chart? Where do I sit? There’s a seat in the back… maybe I could sit there… but those three look close.. What if they are saving a seat for somebody else and get mad at me for sitting there…
(narration) Dear Diary, I hate when people stare at me. The stare that drags along a million feverish questions wondering why they are looking at me… I’ve learned to ignore them over the years, but sometimes the discomfort of a stare still irks me and haunts my mind with tons of thoughts.
Info: This character is very outgoing as opposed to her best friend Blair. She can often be seen as the life of the party with a soft spot to protect and care for her best friend.

Okay… but I’ll be there! Look, I promise to stick by your side for the entire time and we can sit at one of the quieter tables. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You're always talking about your books, but think of this as a chance to actually live one of those scenes.
Nope! You are only a junior once. We are going to this prom. We’ll get to dress up, wear princess-like dresses, do our hair, makeup… come on, please Blair, pleaseeeee
Info: This character's relation to Blair is by helping her through her social anxiety, encouraging her to slowly overcome certain fears after sharing his backstory of recently going through a rough patch (drug addiction). He has always been a smart and caring kid, however, due to hanging with the wrong crowd and not knowing where he fit in (White vs. Asian - he is mixed) he ended up in messy situations that he has now learned from and can impart wisdom and advise onto Blair.
Note: This character will be the main character for the following episode.

Personality: Gentle, calm, playful, friendly

(narration) I look around, none of these people could ever understand how I feel. Like my head and heart are being torn into two, people screaming, shouting, telling me what to be, who to be, what to do. It’s too much. My head’s pounding. I see a light… is this it? Is this the end?
The girl whose name I don’t know is telling me to trust her? *laughs* It was a joke, I was joking. That was your cue to tell me your name and we continue the conversation!
It’s alright, don’t push yourself. We can sit in silence as well, there’s something beautiful about silence in the company of others.
