This is a character who has one scene in this film. The voice just has to sound creepy and memorable, he's an ancient vampire prophet. Voice can be anything from a Tim Curry in legend impression to a creepy gruff old man or a Davey Jones POTC impression. As long as it is creepy and memorable.
P.S. all the lines above say in a very ominous and almost calm tone. he isn't worried about any of the prophecy stuff at all because he's fine if it is stopped or if it goes through.
(Laughs) This ritual can only be stopped on the night of it’s completion by someone of your bloodline, so, you’ll have to make sure that child lives.
Your bloodline will need a protector, someone immortal, who will not abandon the cause, and will live long enough to be there on the night the ritual is stopped.
There has been talk in the underworld, they’ve started a ritual, a ritual that will take 200 years to complete.
